I know. This is all entertainment to them. They are trolling the rest of the country. My father use to joke that the lunatics were running the asylum. But there is nothing charming about this McMurphy.

Other than the "favorite president" bit, what's really funny is the special master in the case had decided the tape was privileged information and didn't need to be given to the prosecutor. But Trump said through his lawyers "nah, that's not privileged...".

Has Wikileaks publicly disclosed a preference for the GOP? I don't recall that.

It would, of course, undermine their partiality. And it's bloody well consistent in the past couple of years. But a public pronouncement that they support a particular party? It seems to be counter to their stated objectives.

Assange is another Hillary hater. I can see him supporting Trump in spite of the GOP.

Yeah, I'm sure the feds always serve search warrants at times that are most convenient for the searchee.

Or is he suggesting that the feds don't search lawyers' offices? Equally stupid.

BTW, "serving a search warrant" is not "break[ing] into a lawyer's office." Damn that judicial system!

One response is to not feed the trolls.

Occasionally, rarely, I've ended up having exchanges with trolls and the bizarre thing is there is sometimes a sincere person in there. People back down. They see it as innocent fun, but if their barb is met with earnest engagement (as opposed to the knee-jerk response they're looking for), every now and then they drop the act (if it is an act.)

It's hard work. But maybe it can be worthwhile to get past this ****.

I do so love it when people wrap themselves up in knots trying to come up with reasons why colloquialisms don't actually mean what they really mean.
