The biggest news coming out of the hearing today was that IG Horowitz confirmed existence of a Grand Jury looking into the Clinton Email fiasco.

while it ain't exactly lock her up time, it is a damn good start.

Is there a secondary source? I'm showing there was a grand jury, but I can't find anything saying there is one currently, outside of your tweet. Even Fox isn't running anything.

The fact that it doesn't say there is a grand jury looking into it. It reads like there was a grand jury for purposes of the release.

Perhaps it's because I'm not American, but I don't really understand what the significance of that clip is supposed to be. Searching online it seems that some people seem to think it's an indication of prosecutions to come (which, if true, would I imagine be referring to the NY FBI agents who leaked and/or Giuliani and/or Nunes, since the two other parts of the report have been and gone without any prosecutions), and others seem to think that it holds no significance as it could just have been the steps that were needed to unseal certain documents.

Can someone explain?

Yes he said that last month there was a grand jury considering matters arising out of the Clinton Email affair and its associated investigation, and the DoJ went to the court overseeing the grand jury and unsealed the documents so that they could be used in the report.

What is "implied" by this is that there is a grand jury empaneled to assist the investigation. Case in point, the IG could not force Strzok to turn over his gmail account, Huber a grand jury can.
