There's no evidence the timing of when the laptop was looked at was in any way a political decision.

You are just making **** up. In fact, the timing of when they decided to look at it was the worst possible timing for Clinton.

But are you going to magically, or is it just straight up dishonestly, pretend it was actually some pro Clinton maneuver?

Yes, there is of course, I have specifically quoted it here in this thread.

And the timing of when they decided to look at it? You make it seems like they made the decisions instead of (as the report explains in detail) having the decisions thrust on them by the fact that the DoJ/SDNY team in charge of the Weiner case raised the issue.

(Again, i know that people won't read the report, but before embarrassing oneself in the future I hope they at least read my posts)

"Trump’s supporters are all poor to middle class, uneducated, lazy POS that think he'll magically grant them jobs"

No bias at all folks, I read an article about the summary!

You are allowed to have political views. You cannot have it affect how you do your job. Is there anything that says it did that?

"it is not only indicative of a biased state of mind but, even
more seriously, implies a willingness to take official
action to impact the presidential candidate’s electoral
prospects."

No you did not quote it. You are just pretending that what you quoted means something more than what it actually does mean.

"We found no evidence that the conclusions by Department prosecutors were affected by bias or other improper considerations; rather, we determined that they were based on the prosecutors' assessment of the facts, the law, and past Department practice”

Well, that is not a response to what I just finished explaining again.

And which, incidentally, I have explained previously in this thread and it previous versions.

"it is not only indicative of a biased state of mind but, even
more seriously, implies a willingness to take official
action to impact the presidential candidate’s electoral
prospects."

Please respond with the EXACT actions that WERE ACTUALLY TAKEN to impact the candidate's electoral prospects.

Okay, now I get to say that The Big Dog is ignoring the conclusions of the report in order to focus on small details.

If you go on over to the 9/11 Conspiracy Theory page you'll see post after post from folks begging truthers not to ignore the conclusions of various reports about 9/11. Reason being all they do is focus on the minutiae and they flat-out ignore the conclusions.

TBD being one of those people begging for rationality from them, yet he's doing the same thing here.

I can't understand it. It's a sickness.

Like that the Russia investigation was tainted? That "small enough" for ya?

"We found no evidence that the conclusions by Department prosecutors were affected by bias or other improper considerations; rather, we determined that they were based on the prosecutors' assessment of the facts, the law, and past Department practice”

In assessing the decision to prioritize the Russia
investigation
over following up on the Midyear
-related
investigative lead discovered on the Weiner laptop, we
were particularly concerned about text messages sent
by Strzok and Page that potentially indic
ated or created
the appearance that investigative decisions they made
were impacted by bias or improper considerations.
Most of the text messages raising such questions
pertained to the Russia investigation, and the
implication in some of these text messa
ges, particularly
Strzok’s August 8 text message (“we’ll stop” candidate
Trump from being elected), was that Strzok might be
willing to take official action to impact a presidential
candidate’s electoral prospects. Under these circumstances, we did not have confidence that Strzok’s decision to prioritize the Russia investigation over following up on the Midyear -related investigative lead discovered on the Weiner laptop was free from bias.
Hmmm. that was from the report.

Next time someone cherry picks the report to say ""We found no evidence that the conclusions by Department prosecutors were affected by bias or other improper considerations," make sure you ask them to explain who the "Department prosecutors" are.

protip: It ain't the FBI's texting crew.

Not being confident that it was free of bias is not the same as confidence that it was biased.

Hillary Clinton just emailed in relation to Comey's gmail use:

"But my emails."

She might be the dumbest ************ alive right now....
