<ad hominem snipped>... what kind of evidence there is for:
1. Oswald owning the alleged murder weapon?
The evidence: Oswald was photographed with the weapon beforehand. Gun experts have stated unequivocally that the weapon on Oswald's hip in this photograph is the same brand and model of weapon that he was arrested with, a Smith & Wesson .038 snub nose revolver.
What you have failed to do: Prove your claim that the photograph was fabricated.
2. Oswald having it on him when arrested?
The evidence: The statement of the arresting officer DPD Officer Maurice Neal McDonald
What you have failed to do: Prove that the arresting officer was lying.
3. Oswald trying to murder the arresting officer?
The evidence: The statement of the arresting officer DPD Officer Maurice Neal McDonald
What you have failed to do: Prove that the arresting officer was lying.
4. Oswald shooting/killing Tippit?
The evidence: Two eyewitnesses - Helen Markham and Jack Tatum - saw Oswald shoot Tippit. Three others - William Scoggins, Barbara Davis, and Virginia Davis - were in the immediate vicinity and saw Oswald flee the scene. Six other eyewitnesses - Ted Callaway, Sam Guinyard, B.M. Patterson, L.J. Lewis, Harold Russell, and Warren Reynolds - were within two blocks of the shooting and saw Oswald brandishing a pistol, attempting to conceal it, and fleeing the area. Their statements and reports have be repeatedly posted by others here.
What you have failed to do: Impugn the credibility of any of the witnesses. In order to do so, you must prove they were either lying or mistake. You have spectacularly failed to do either.
5. The alleged murder weapon being the actual murder weapon?
The evidence:
a. The revolver Oswald was holding when he was arrested was proven to have fired the four .38 calibre shells recovered at the murder scene to the exclusion of all other weapons in the world.
b. Ballistics experts showed that the bullets removed from the body of Officer Tippet had class characteristics of five lands and five grooves, with a right twist; the same as the revolver.
c. The bullets also exhibited similar microscopic scratches found on test bullets fired from Oswald's revolver.
d. The bullets showed signs of gas erosion, caused by escaping propellant slipping between the bullet's surface and the inside of the barrel of the gun, a fact consistent with the type of weapon Oswald was arrested with
e. Ballistics expert, Joseph D. Nichol, testified that there were sufficient markings on one of the bullets to conclude that it had been fired in Oswald's revolver to the exclusion of all other weapons.
What you have failed to do:Disprove a single item (a thought e) listed above. You have provided now evidence to show that these ballistics experts were wrong.
Summary:
That you have suspicions is not enough and is not evidence; you have to prove them.
That you believe evidence is being suppressed is not enough; you have to prove it.
That you believe that evidence has been fabricate is not enough; you have to prove it.
