This is why you can't learn anything. It's why you're stuck in the mud. I've advised you not to play the moral-high-ground "democracy and human rights" card. But you've played it anyway. And of course you're not interested in actual, real-life legal standards, even though you insist, without any knowledge, that the evidence must be judged by a legal standard of your own uninformed devising. In short, you don't know what you're talking about, and there's no reason why anyone should listen to you on this topic.

He would have had to be at the mic #4 spot by that point for the dictabelt evicence to have any validity.

No I did not. I used a legal concept to describe (sometimes) nessecary conditions for a claimed evidence to be regarded as authentic. And, that this is conditioned by context and other case specific critical factors.
