The Pavlovian rapidity with which Trump supporters screech "Fake News!" is a wonder to behold. The degree to which the conditioning response has been so finely tuned is a testament to the effectiveness of the right wing propoganda apparatus.

I'd love to see posted here a list of all the items about which "Fake News!" was blared out, but which later turned out to be Real News. Even without seeing such in print, the Trumpists already know (in their heart of hearts, if not willing to admit it) of a number of times early denials were proven to be merely furious noise emitted as a defense against reality.
 
And we finally find out what it takes for Trumpy to break with Putin....Putin's stooge Assad does something that makes Trump look bad.

That's from 3 months ago. McClatchy apparently reported on new information Mueller has that supports the case Cohen simply went to Prague across land borders thus his passport not showing entry into the country was not evidence he wasn't there.

It might be evidence, however, that Cohen sought to cover his tracks when meeting with the Putin agent about the hacked emails.

So why are you posting a three month old story debunking the visit to Prague based on evidence that has now been challenged?

LOL, here's the Cliff notes version of the "real story" according to theconservativetreehouse: When the FBI was trying to verify claims in the memos in the Steel dossier, they did a search and found that a Michael Cohen had visited Prague around that time. As "we reasonably know," Nellie Ohr (prominent member of the Clinton Crime Family i.e. a Democrat) was pumping her husband for FBI information and feeding it via Fusion GPS into Steele's hoax dossier. Therefore, by "Occam's razor," we can conclude that Nellie must have used her time machine to travel back in time and feed the "Cohen visited Prague" story into the dossier, thinking it would be confirmed later and make the "met with Russians" claim appear legit. The evil plot was foiled when it turned out to be the wrong Cohen, but there ya go, smoking gun proof that it's all a hoax.

:p Cool real story, bro.

(ETA: OK, they didn't say anything about the time machine -- I'm just filling the hole they left.)

Because McClatchy is the one recycling it. It’s fake news.

Have a bit of skepticism? They report “sources”. And through the whole story it’s clearly just guessing. How many times in the story did they say “if this story true” it’s fake news?

I can’t believe so many latch onto these unsourced fantasy stories.

The McClatchy article contains a very thorough summary of the events to date. I doubt the Breitbart blogger, "sundance", is more informed than the McClatchy reporters' sources.

Reports are that Mueller now has evidence that Cohen ABSOLUTELY was in Prague.

Now maybe that isn't true. Are you going to stop apologizing for Cohen if it is?

BTW, a picture of Cohen's passport is not evidence.

I can't prove it. That is just some of the reports I've read. They very well may be wrong. But I don't think Cohen has proved that he wasn't in Prague either.
