Stormy Daniels Sues the President

It is perfectly appropriate. There is no need for a special master. You're suggesting that the US attorneys will not by the book fairly filter out any privileged attorney client privileges.

Cohen's request for a TRO or Special Master will likely be refused.

How can you think this when there has already been leaking?

The presidents lawyer today is also asserting privilege, adjourned till Monday.

You have NO IDEA the nature of the leaks and I haven't heard word one of something that would be considered privileged attorney client communications.

Cohen begging Judge for a continuance on Stormy Daniels.

If the lawsuit in Los Angeles federal court proceeds without delay, Cohen would be forced to choose between defending himself in deposition testimony or exercising his 5th Amendment rights, the lawyers told Judge S. James Otero.

Interesting.

Pretty Fascinating.

While Michael Cohen couldn't even be reached by his lawyers who were arguing in his behalf for a TRO and appointment of a special master, Michael Avenatti the lawyer representing Stormy Daniels was there watching the proceedings. Avenatti said that Judge Ward ordered Cohen's lawyers to produce Cohen on Monday to answer questions about his practice. Avenatti, believes there is a high probability that Cohen could take 5 as early as then.

If he isn't already in Brazil...

<Snip silly tapatalk sig>

Bad choice. The U.S. has an extradition agreement with Brazil.

He'd be better off with one of these;

Afghanistan, Algeria, Andorra, Angola, Armenia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei, Burkina Faso, Burma, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cape Verde, the Central African Republic, Chad, Mainland China, Comoros, Congo (Kinshasa), Congo (Brazzaville), Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Indonesia, Ivory Coast, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kuwait, Laos, Lebanon, Libya, Macedonia, Madagascar, Maldives, Mali, Marshall Islands, Mauritania, Micronesia, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal, Niger, Oman, Qatar, Russia, Rwanda, Samoa, São Tomé & Príncipe, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Serbia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Vatican, Vietnam and Yemen

Maybe Russia would take him in. At least he knows people there.

I know I for one am interested to find out if Stormy can expand on Trump's pee fetish. I enjoyed the discussion about the president and the golden showers last night on cable news immensely.

Trump must be losing his mind considering how often he denies the details of the dossier when he isn't being asked about it. The whole pee thing seems to be what he's most sensitive about. A few more days of golden shower stories and he might completely lose it.

Just because this is kind of a twofer that I find particularly amusing:

Cohen isn't *just* going to lose his Motion—the judge may chastise him and his attorney for filing it. It appears to be hilariously stupid and ill-argued.

This prediction from this morning has now been confirmed. CNN breaking news (8:15 PM EST) is that the judge in Cohen's case is now "extremely frustrated" with Cohen and his attorneys and spent the day chastising them in court.

Yes.
But it is not relevant.
The Roman Catholic and Protestant churches have somewhat different versions of the Ten Commandments. Catholics omit the Second, because they don't obey it, and to make up the traditional total of ten, they split the last one into two. Both these changes are improvements; but of course it isn't very difficult to improve on the Torah in the matter of morality.

Not to mention the Catholics have several extra old testament books. [emoji3]
