Cronies of the President being subjected to the law is a pretty novel definition of "Police State" to put it mildly.
 
You have to be a special idiot (i.e. Trump) to believe that the Presidency would shield you from scrutiny: obviously the highest office in the land is constantly under the magnifying lens.
 
It is odd how many people read my posts while blatantly ignoring the context of the post to which I was replying.

I didn't even see that claim being made. I saw you strawman a bunch of arguments to imply that's what it meant, but that's SOP.

I also saw people claiming that Mueller had zero requirements to hand off anything to the SDNY, he had complete authority and jurisdiction to do it himself. He did it to avoid any appearance of bias, or misstep on their behalf. As such, they went through Rosenstein to do it. Which is completely and entirely accurate, as that's what happened. Then when other people explained that to you, you responded by saying "I totally know, that's what I've been saying." Followed by your normal spattering of snark, emoticons, and what have you.

Thanks for that link. It wouldn't shock me that this search was peripherally related to the Stormy Daniels payoff or absolutely nothing to do with it. Cohen knows where the bodies are buried so there are potentially many problems.. I have to wonder what this does to the Trump Cohen relationship. Can Trump even call Cohen now?

I thought you would be interested because you are posting in this thread and as a Constitutional Expert would have had it up to your eyeballs with all the wrong comments about Mueller "coordinating" with the SDNY to act as his privilege review team, have you ever heard anything so silly?
