I can see this going a few directions if they meet. Trump will tell Kim the equivalent of "suck my penis." Trump will do the equivalent of "sucking Kim's penis." Or they will have a mature, productive conversation.

The 3rd option is very, very unlikely.

I have this weird mental image of Chinese and N Korean elite thinkie types sitting around trying to figure out how to get Trump to chill out, and being like "Ok...what does this guy like?" And concocting a scheme to send him hotel brochures with images of the luxurious massage parlor, a white dude in a hot tub with an Asian lady, and pictures of golf courses, and writing an invitation letter saying "We'd be MOST HONORED to host the WORLD'S BEST LEADER for FIRST EVER meeting between an acting CEO of the USA and N Korea for EPIC HISTORY MAKING."
 
Trump will get a boner from lots of soldiers walking in lockstep in front of his Hotel.

Perfect Stalinist Show Parade. What's the distance from the WH to the Capitol? A mile, mile-and-a-half? They're going to spend millions for a 1.5 mile parade? The St. Patty's parade next Sunday will cover about eight fold that distance. This is all just for Dear Leader and the television cameras.

I wouldn't worry about the out-of-towners. There's about enough space along the route for the lobbyists and their clients, the fellow kleptocrats, all of Trump's ex-mistresses, and his legal team. The little rubes won't get near this.

Yeah - 2 miles, max. On the plus side, they dropped the idiot's vision of tanks and other such nonsense rolling through DC streets - and a flyover isn't much. On the plus side, maybe they'll take care of the National Mall so the soldiers can relax with their families there afterwards. Y'know, something actually nice for them, instead of a sheer vanity project for Minute Maid Mao.

One of the larger problem is the same as for his inauguration - the locals hate him to the point where they refuse to date his followers.

What would be really nice for the troops is to be left alone so they can enjoy their long weekend. This will be preceded by several weeks of marching practice and inspections. Contrary to popular belief, marching is not generally a part of the daily of life of people in the military.
 
The PDJT should hire that Nunberg guy as his communications director. Just imagine what every press conference would be like! "I'm not gonna answer that question! No way!"
