This, one thousand times. And considering that it's basically an open secret that his buildings are financed in part by foreign organized crime syndicates (the rumor for years has pointed to...Russia, of course) we potentially have a far larger problem than just "sleeps around and pays hush money afterwards".

Buy folks loved the idea of bringing back 1920s jobs, favoring good white people over the darkies, and annoying the "libruls", so here we are.

ETA: how, exactly, does a germaphobe have unprotected sex with a random porn star? I'll grant that the porn industry in general is known to be cautious about STDs, but it still strikes me as something that someone who, by definition, has an irrational fear of disease would not do.

And why ask this? Because his denial of the "pee pee tape" relies on his supposed germaphobia. I don't know if anyone else brought this up here, since I often skip to the last few posts in this thread, but it wouldn't shock me if someone did...

Replacing the real reasons these women are marching with reasons of his own strikes me as incredibly dismissive and disrespectful of these women, and a complete fantasy.

It can't be stressed enough that our PotUS only has a (perhaps intentionally) tenuous connection with reality.

That was on top of millions of dollars more that Trump’s campaign paid his businesses for other expenses, such as hotel stays, meals and rent for office space at Trump Tower.

Well, yes. I mean this isn't a surprise, surely? Seems like old news, aside from the fact he's doing it again.

Bothers me a lot less than the fact that he benefits from diplomats, etc., staying at his properties. If the folks that donate money to Trump accept that it lines his pockets, that's one thing. Foreign (and domestic) folks that curry favors by lining his pockets are another.

What's the difference? If campaign donors know the money will go to Trump, and officials staying at Trump properties know the money will go to Trump, they are both trying to "curry favors." A bribe is a bribe, however you disguise it.
