Trump is tweeting

"The Wall Street Journal stated falsely that I said to them “I have a good relationship with Kim Jong Un” (of N. Korea). Obviously I didn’t say that. I said “I’d have a good relationship with Kim Jong Un,” a big difference. Fortunately we now record conversations with reporters..."

Fortunaltey so do the WSJ.

They have released a portion of the recording and a transcript.

Guess what he said?
 
If the story about Trump and a porn star is true it could be very embarrassing.
At some point that porn star will have to face her friends and colleagues.
 
Not bothered, they pop up retweeted, I think they are funny, they will be forgotten in hours.

The most damaging thing he said was, in my opinion, his continuing to fawn over the Chinese leader Xi Jinping.

Here is a quote from a New Yorker article, "Making China Great Again." The quotes were made on the record by the dean of a major state-supported university.

Trump is more like Jeltsin than Gorbachev, I think. But unlike Jeltsin, Trump can do it sober ...

I can't tell. It is not out of the realm of probability that a poor speaker like Trump would do well at pronouncing a difference between "I have" and "I'd have."

The Trump porn star story will probably not amount to much. Lots of people that already hate Trump will be rightly outraged. But Trump's core will see it as another thing he did that they wish they could do.

Part of Trump's appeal to his base is that he lives the life they dream of: bullying, saying whatever pops into their ID, crapping on gold toilets, eating fast food three meals a day, banging European models and/or porn stars, etc.

Yes and they want to preserve an America in which if they won the lottery their taxes would be low and the government would not interfere with their lifestyle and means of obtaining more wealth. Therefore they are gung ho for all the policies that favor the hyper-rich.

It's an actual projection. At 1:50 in the video, the person filming changes position and moves behind the projector. You can also see the projection reflected off the parked vehicles in the foreground.
