He knows about the AGE/CROWN DIAMETER RATIO BY SPACING: PROSOPIS TAMARUGO graph that contains crown growth for trees planted at various spacings with ages up to 36 years. There are two other graphs of trees that are up to 40 years old in 1980. Those trees were planted beginning in1940! (but I suspect not in large numbers and maybe as research rather than farming).

There is NO INFORMATION on the orchard's cost, or who designed or engineered it.

Sea level changes are not a flood.
In the real world, we can measure the level of the oceans and see that he has a delusion because the level has not changed by much. Past sea level - looking into the past, levels fell by ~120 meters over the last 20,000 years which explains the few real submerged ruins. Then there is a steady rise over the next 100,000 years.

Any imagined ruins deeper than 120 meters are definitely delusional. Any other "ruins" are delusional given his track record unless he gives actual locations and a better source than Goggle Earth and his imagination.

The paper dates no "grid gardens" at all and definitely none of his imagined ones on the sea floor :jaw-dropp! The pre-Columbian raised fields looked at were up to 50 km inland.

But we have a report writing in 1980 when color photography was common but only containing black and white photographs. That hints at older photos.

  • Tamarugo trees three years old in the Pintados salt flat, Refresco property.
    Mostly a single tree with a couple in the background.
  • General view of a section of the same property in utilizable condition. Trees aged 6–7 years.
    Clearly shows the grid pattern of the tree planting :eye-poppi.
An honest person would conclude that there are photos of trees that were planted 3 years and 6-7 years before the photo was taken.

We cannot determine the scale of these "gardens" We do not know how many kilometers below the ocean surface these "gardens" are. Accepting for the sake of argument that the location is in fact abandoned, the fact that everything is in good working order is evidence that it was abandoned in the recent past. So what exactly has it got to do with anything?

Carts, goats, sheep, and the 'trails' associated with their movement.

I've been looking at a lot of human establishments, occupied and not. Besides there are no roads into or out of the place.

Again, I don't know when this place was built, but it has the same grid gardens I have found the world over:
