Yes. I meant "more of a difference...."

Engaging in this kind of sloppy thinking leads to absurd conclusions: A teenage boy of 16 years, a child mind you, is not gay if they want to have sex with a classmate. If they would be sexually attracted towards an adult man they'd perfectly gay although if this adult reciprocated these feelings he'd most certainly not be gay.
Does promising the victim a part in a movie make it more of a payday advance than an unwanted one?It would depend on the nature of the advance.
A rather meaningless scenario in any jurisdiction with an age of consent of 16 (e.g. the UK).
A former Old Vic employee, who asked to remain anonymous, told the Guardian he saw Spacey take advantage of a friend of his after a party in 2011.
He said: “We were all involved in keeping it quiet. I witnessed him groping men many times in all sorts of different situations ... at his apartment in North Lambeth and even at the Old Vic itself and his favourite pub the Pineapple, which is right near the Old Vic. He was taking advantage of the fact that he is this great icon.
“He touched men on the crotch. Doing it really fast so they couldn’t get out of the way.”
The former employee criticised the Old Vic for appearing not to know what was happening. “The thing that really upsets me is the hypocrisy of places like the Old Vic that pretend now that they didn’t know. ”
Rebecca Gooden was an intern at the theatre in 2010 and says stories about Spacey’s behaviour were commonplace.
She said she was told that “pretty” young men were not hired to work in the theatre administration following an earlier incident. “There was a running ‘joke’ about it,” she said. “I was informed that I was not allowed to talk about it outside the theatre. I am honestly sickened that the theatre has chosen to plead ignorance.”
Oh, the irony: Bryan Singer, who directed Spacey in "Superman Returns", is being hit with multiple new accusations of child molestation.......
You just need to get yourself in a position of power and grop and assault your life awayI'm feeling left out. How come everybody else gets to get accused of stuff?
Sounds like a new forum community thread idea.

It's been cancelled. It will be interesting to see where "House of Cards" goes with this. Spacey could be written off completely. It would be difficult, as the power struggle between Frank and Claire just got more intense. Viewers do want to see his comeuppance.
Maybe they've filmed enough to work this. I think they should be able to use tape they recorded before these allegations were made, though.
Or maybe he molests a 14-year-old, off camera, and he has proof.

They were going to what anyway? They had a final season that was certainly going to be released and which they ceased production on after the allegations came to light.
And now there is no final season ...
Veteran actor Kevin Spacey has reportedly been accused of sexual harassment by several coworkers working for his hit Netflix series "House Of Cards."
CNN reported Thursday that eight people working for or who previously worked for Spacey's Netflix show described a "toxic" work environment created by the actor, who one of the sources said sexually assaulted him during an early season of the show. All eight sources remained anonymous for fear of retribution.
One source, a former production assistant, described an encounter with Spacey in which the actor "cornered him" and initiated unwanted contact.
"I told him, 'I don't think I'm ok with this, I don't think I'm comfortable with this,'" the former assistant said, according to CNN, adding Spacey grew "visibly flustered" and fled the trailer, leaving the production for the remainder of the day.
"I was in a state of shock," he said. "He was a man in a very powerful position on the show and I was someone very low on the totem pole and on the food chain there."
The same former assistant described Spacey's behavior as both "predatory" and "routine."
"I have no doubt that this type of predatory behavior was routine for him and that my experience was one of many and that Kevin had few if any qualms about exploiting his status and position," he added. "It was a toxic environment for young men who had to interact with him at all in the crew, cast, background actors."
