Split Thread Scorpion's Spiritualism

Congratulations Scorpion in being able to lever people back on this thread. The posts have been prolific, and your intimate knowledge of the goings on in the spirit world impressive.

We have learned from you:

- There are very many spirits out there - even some on other planets.
- Spirits are attached to us at the time of conception
- If people die before maturity they mature as spirits and appear as adults in their prime.
- There is no sexuality in the spirit world but the spirits do appear as male or female non the less. (Bit hard to get my head around this one)
- People who die when beyond their prime appear as spirits in their prime.
- Spirits do not mature or develop, in a sense, in the spirit world, but must reincarnate to do this.
- On the other hand you say: "Then begins the long journey of the cycle of rebirths until reaching an enlightened state where we stop reincarnating, and go on progressing as immortal spirits in higher reams." So we progress beyond enlightenment?
- Spirits chose to reincarnate because they crave the experience of physical life.

OK, there are more things you have revealed to us but that will do for now. I would like to ask some questions however:

- The spirits on other planets - are they confined to those planets?
- If so why are they so confined? Does gravity work on spirits to some degree even though they can flit about seemingly unconstrained?

You wrote ..... "We are sent out to realize ourselves, and ultimately reunite with the God head as perfected souls."

- Is this God's purpose in the whole exercise? To churn out perfected souls?
- Why is God doing this? Does he have a need for company?
- Why can't God just create perfected souls from scratch? Is he limited in ability?

Well you shouldn't have eaten him then should you? They are called poisonous Albanian dwarfs for a reason I would expect.
Lol ninjaed

How pious of you. As long as you both suffered you are now closer to perfectly giving rejoining the god head

Actually, there is a serious point in this. "Suffer little children to come unto me".

Back then the word "suffer" had the meaning "to allow" and still does to this day.

Somehow, the RCC borked this into actual suffering being a "nice" thing and we end up with the poisonous albanian dwarf who wants suffering.

Here's a question...

It seems that in the spirit realm we become the idealised form of our previous lives. Babies grow into maturity. Old people grow young again. Disabled people are no longer disabled. Other than those things people look the same as in their previous lives.

So the question is this - would the spirit of a transgender man who has had gender reassignment surgery take the female form of what he would have looked like had he not had the surgery, would he retain things like operation scars from the removal of his breasts, or would he look like the man he felt like inside and altered his body to reflect on the outside?

Oh you are being mischievous. Scorpion may struggle with this one.:(

The supposed brother had "girlfriends" in an asexual way. Why did the supposed brother have no boyfriends? I do not no and neither does scorpion. No explanation is forthcoming. the bro only had girlfriends. And genetic inheritance for some reason. No explanation for that either.

So a perfect god regurgitates imperfect parts of its perfect substence which become imperfect spirits which then struggle and try to return to perfection through suffering over many different life cycles?

Whats the point? If the god is perfect to begin with, then why would it need to create unevolved ignorant flawed parts of itself so it can watch them suffer until they regain perfection wherein he eats them again? It sounds incredibly cruel and pointless.

So you can instantly become a perfect being separate from God?

Don't you want to live on as an enlightened immortal who has made your own decisions and dealt with the consequences?

The spirits incarnate on other planets are us, part of the family of souls we are created as. We may incarnate on other planets during our cycle of rebirths.

I was just reading from the teachings of Silver Birch and he said there are many planets on which people are more evolved than us, but only one that is less evolved. We may incarnate on a planet that is most suitable for our evolution.

I don't think physical gravity confines a spirit, and they can travel at the speed of thought.

I cannot speak for God or what he is doing, but it seems clear to me that we cannot be created perfect as individuals. We need experience to make our own way.
I do not know about the evolution of angels, only that they never reincarnate, and I have heard it said they envy humanity the freedom of our evolutionary struggles. Ps. Angels do not have wings, they travel by thought power.

I don't know. But spirits gravitate toward an asexual status. They loose their sexual differences as they progress higher.

The medium just said he had lots of girlfriends, but I assume he had male friends too.

You do a lot of assuming, Scorpion, in order to make sense of all the little scraps of information you have obtained from a few mediums and books. Your main unwarranted assumption, however, is your assumption that there is any sense to be made.

Your science makes sense out of things doesn't it?

Let me tell you that having suffered all kinds of schizophrenic experiences
I know something about chaos. And chaos is not what we are living in.

We are living in a working universe so well ordered that it allows the development of intelligent life. If we were living in chaos not one atom could be relied upon to stick to another one to create a molecule.

Science makes sense of objective evidence. Repeatable, consistent observations. All you have is what a few people have said and written. Your assumption that there is objective truth behind those words is unwarranted.

I went to a philosophy class and I said "there must be a truth" and a sea of faces looked at me and said in chorus, "No there is no truth" But I maintain there must be a truth. For example.... Either there is a God, or there is not.

They probably meant there is no discoverable absolute truth. There are certainly individual truths which can be established with a fair degree of certainty, however. Whether or not there is anything to spiritualism is one of them, and signs point to no.

Don't you want to live on as an enlightened immortal who has made your own decisions and dealt with the consequences?

If it means that the six year old is passed around a ring of pedophiles, if it means the 9 months pregnant woman is repeatedly raped by multiple soldiers, that parents must watch their 3 year old die in agony, that millions must starve, that millions will be forced into concentration camps and slaughtered like cattle?

No.

As I said you rejoice in the cruelty of the world, and in all the unnecessary and avoidable suffering.

You believe in a monstrous God.
