Nothing has changed. Your neighbours simply remain fed up with your activities. I would too. Even on the internet fora you proudly cite, people get fed up with your incoherent claims and eventually ban you.
Instead of taking a moment for some introspection and self examination, you seem to double down and count it as some form of weird affirmation. You are, in fact, gaining far more tolerance here among the atheists than anyplace else.
Of course, that makes sense. Your various biblical and extra-biblical claims are offensive to almost all denominations of christians, maybe even they feel threatened by them. Certainly, your mother, ex-wife, child, brother and neighbours felt sufficiently threatened to initiate legal actions that you have described yourself. As atheists, on the other hand, your pronouncements are simply incoherent and irrelevant and affect none of us. You cite the BRONZE AGE Ramblings of primitive goatherders as if that would be convincing to us of something, but the reality is that many of us have read the vile tome and know it for what it is.
Let me give you an example. Is it moral to own other people as property? Who can be inherited by your children as property?
As a rule, atheists would answer "no, under no circumstances". Your holey babble would say "Yes, and here are the instructions for doing so".
How do you resolve that? What internal hoops do you jump to try and square that circle?
