"Yahoos in this forum."

The argument that Hillary Clinton was breaking "workplace" laws is utterly specious.

Ask Reality Winning about whether she was breaking 'workplace' laws.

Furthermore if one were to set up an entire system (i.e. an off site cowboy server) in order to evade laws governing your so called "workplace" (i.e. FOIA and government records laws) and in the process violate another set of laws (i.e. laws regarding maintaining classified documents) while lying about it (i.e. lying about it), they ought to throw the book at her.

The FBI has claimed that miss Winner leaked documents related to the national defense in their affidavit. I think the claim that the information was related to national defense will be hard to prove. Miss Winner, however, isn't a Clinton. There's no personal political fall out for the FBI Agents or the prosecutor in charging her or prosecuting her.

Against the advice of the security hawks, I still do carry my berry but am prohibited from using it in my office, where I spend most of my time when I’m not on a plane or in a “no coverage” country.

There is your intent Comey.

Judicial Watch Releases New Hillary Clinton Email Admitting Blackberry Use ‘Against the Advice of the Security Hawks

Group’s Tactic on Hillary Clinton: Sue Her Again and Again
The organization filed its first lawsuit against the Clintons shortly after its formation in 1994...

Judicial Watch’s strategy is simple: Carpet-bomb the federal courts with Freedom of Information Act lawsuits. A vast majority are dismissed...

Litigiousness is in the organization’s DNA: Its founder, Larry Klayman, once sued his mother.

'Heroes' indeed!

'Heroes' indeed!

Klayman and Judicial Watch are even more 'heroic' than you may realize. From a piece by David Montgomery in the Washington Post:

Last month we reported that legal crusader Larry Klayman’s “record in public interest cases is incalculably terrible,” so we feel bound to pass on that Tuesday Klayman scored a win against the group he founded, Judicial Watch. A federal jury in Florida awarded him $156,000 in compensatory damages and $25,000 in punitive damages in a defamation case, according to Klayman.

For anyone who dismisses Judicial Watch as a group whose interest is more in attacking liberals than pursuing the truth and who will use any smear at hand to do so, that's clearly not a fair criticism. Judicial Watch is a group whose interest is mainly in attacking anyone they don't like.

(Klayman left the group in 2003, and apparently there have been several legal disputes between him and the group in the years since.)

Lynch manipulated Clinton Email investigation

In yesterdays testimony, former FBI director Comey testified that he was "queasy" over Attorney General Lynch's instructions regarding the Clinton email investigation:

Former FBI Director James Comey said Thursday he felt “queasy” last year when former Attorney General Loretta Lynch urged him to reword how his agency characterized the Hillary Clinton email probe, asking that he refer to it as a "matter" rather than an investigation.

Comey said Lynch requested he “just call it a matter,” during his hearing on Russian election meddling before the Senate Intelligence Committee.

Comey said her request gave him a “queasy feeling” and also “concerned” him “because that language tracked with how the [Clinton] campaign was talking about how the FBI was doing its work.”

Seems to be a problem when she asked him to call it a matter or whatever, but not an issue when the POTUS asks multiple intelligence organizations to downplay the investigation into his campaign's connections with Russia.

He also felt queasy about *********** with the presidential election with that Hillary stunt. How Comey handles being queasy all the time is beyond me.

The IT staff at State (which she ran) used to help her with her Blackberry! Golly, you mean the IT staff that you intentionally circumvented by running a cowboy server out of your basement?

The IT staff that wasn't told that Hillary was running a half-ass IT department out of her basement

Clinton used her BlackBerry as the group continued looking for a solution. But unknown to diplomatic security and technology officials at the department, there was another looming communications vulnerability: Clinton’s Black*Berry was digitally tethered to a private email server in the basement of her family home, some 260 miles to the north in Chappaqua, N.Y., documents and interviews show.

Those officials took no steps to protect the server against intruders and spies, because they apparently were not told about it.

The IT department that offered her a dot gov account but Huma told them that was not going to work.

Fantastic Fiction Hillary!

I haven't been too keen on what's been released so far about what she wrote either.

A few points:
1. Almost everything that she blames on why she lost the election is probably correct. The margins were so small that anything that changed vote totals has the potential to have changed the result.

2. I don't expect her to deal objectively with the things that she controlled that almost certainly affected the outcome. Not necessarily in order of significance:
A. The email scandal. Every decision she made with regard to this was deeply flawed. Her inability to make a rational risk/reward analysis on this was staggering and difficult to fit into my overall impression of her as a competent person. The decision not to use a separate email account for her non SoS email was just off the charts stupid.
B. The handling of the email scandal. It is beyond belief how stupidly the campaign handled this. I believe Clinton's inclination toward sycophants and her inability to get and use candid advice from skilled people on this was more important than her horrible decision to use her personal server and not provide the emails for archiving in the first place. I have a general sense that Hilary's relationship with her lawyer on this was deeply flawed. The lawyer fumbled badly and Clinton may have selected him because he was nice to her and not because he was a person that would or could explain the mess she was in to her and provide a viable plan for Clinton to extract herself from the mess.
C. The stupid foundation. Trump is the most dishonest and perhaps the most corrupt person to ever gain widespread fame in the US. Clinton managed to negate that issue by her own self dealing with regard to her foundation. Yep the Clinton foundation really had altruistic goals unlike the Trump foundation but the Clinton's use of their official positions to squeeze contributions was damaging and could only ignored by the purist of partisans. Clinton's failure to completely isolate herself from the foundation while she was Secretary of State was disgusting and stupid.
D. The Wall Street speeches. Wow, it is hard to imagine how greedy Clinton was on this. All over the country she would be soliciting contributions from her supporters while she was chose to enrich herself with a disgusting abuse of her position as the Democratic Party's likely presidential nominee. Then in a move that paralleled the stupidity of her email practices she thought she'd be cute and try to prevent public disclosure of the speeches. Just wow.

3. Bill Clinton
A. The meeting with Lynch. This was mind numbingly stupid. For a long time I had a hard time understanding how Bill Clinton could have been so stupid on this. I thought maybe he was just looking for ways to undermine her campaign. In the end, I decided the probable driver was just that Bill had engaged in conflicts of interest so routinely over the years that one more just didn't seem like that bad a thing to him.
B. Bill's exploitation of Hillary's presidential run to enrich himself with speaking fees partially driven by the fact that he was the husband of the probable next president of the US. This looked like pretty bad from the outside and certainly didn't help Clinton.
C. Bill's sexual history. I was surprised that this was an issue for Hilary, but the Republicans managed to make it one. Kudos to their spin machine managers on that one. I came to see the Republican's point on this a bit. It seems that Hilary probably used her position to threaten some of his accusers, which was a tad on the unseemly side.

So does her book cover any of this?

An article from March 2016? The whole thing was before it was dismissed and before it was known that there was absolutely no evidence at all to show that the server was ever compromised.

Really? *yawnfest*

March of 2016 was also when people thought Hillary was going to win, despite the whole being an awful, terrible very, very bad liar.

You'd be wrong about a lot of what you wrote in #2. The news media is focusing on things they think are scandalous which means anything that makes Clinton look like she's blaming everyone else. But every interview I've seen so far, Clinton readily points out and blames herself, especially for the email server.

Typical news media misogyny, ignore the facts and instead, confirm their biases that Clinton is a whiny bitch.

I didn't bother reading what you posted about Bill after I got to "Bill's exploitation of Hillary's presidential run to enrich himself". Neither Clinton did anything that wasn't standard practice for politicians post POTUS or other high profile legislative positions.

Are they perfect? No. But does the media treat them with exceptional vile? Yes. Remember that charity has a very high rating for funds going to the causes and not to people's pockets. Again, were there some issues? Yes, rebuilding in Haiti has been an issue for multiple rebuilding funds including the Clinton Foundation, but also the Red Cross.

LoL it doesn't need anything more than that, to be honest. It's a garbage argument that's been debunked ad nauseum. You're whole post, and that article, whined about how they didn't know if her server had been hacked or not. They've looked at the logs, they've torn the server apart, and there is absolutely no evidence in any way, shape or form that the server has been compromised. Unless, of course, you have some. Do you? Have some? Evidence that it was hacked? In your little book?

I'll wait.

...

That's interesting. I guess I haven't seen that many interviews of Clinton, because I haven't noticed other than a cursory pro forma acceptance of guilt.

What I would like to hear is a detailed description of each of the major decisions associated with the email scandal. I really doubt that she is ever going to be completely honest about what went on, but if she has been or will be great. I'd be interested in reading that.

Confirmation bias much?

I like you Dave, even though we don't agree on everything but I honestly don't believe you've ever given Hillary Clinton an honest look.

No, the "whole article" was showing how Hillary's claim in her fictional book that the State Department IT knew about her cowboy server was yet another lie.

By the way, the claim that they "tore" the server apart is a Clinton level lie, given that they intentionally wiped it, with Bleach Bit. You remember that right, of course you do because I posted it right here in this thread.

and when she was asked about it, the disingenuous loser said "what? like with a cloth?"

and you just repeated that repeatedly exposed lie. Huh..

Hoo boy! Blame the media, blame misogyny followed by the outstanding example of whataboutism anyone will ever see!
