Ed Dueling protests spark state of emergency in Virginia.

Nothing like a little whimsy when contemplating death, eh? Perhaps they'll just continue to use cars as murder weapons. Did that give you a chuckle, too?

That has been the conservative talking point for dealing with protesters for a while now. Funnily enough now those people encouraging people to drive through protests have been taken down.

I would have thought they'd be more attracted to the Russia of a half century or so ago.

Why employers couldn't force employees to pray or abide by their religion then. Now they are much more christian, and have really good laws on homosexuality. Their puppet state is even finally finding some real solutions to the gay problem.

Hogwash.
The rally was called "Unite the Right"- nothing ambiguous about that.
It was explicitly about bringing different streams of the far-right together as a block US politics should reckon with.
No one uninvited Neo-Nazis or the KKK.

No, it was organized by white supremacists. Why wouldn't nazi's and KKK be expected at an event organized by white supremacists?

It was always an explicitly white supremacist event.

Fluoride is Poison | Brainwash Update

She's known well enough for this position that it's in her biography on Wikipedia.

Everybody who speaks out against the Empire with some outreach has smear attempts on their wikipedia page. These five minutes about a topic which is maybe number 523 on her list neither promote "conspiracies" like you claimed, nor "conspiracy theories" like you meant to claim.

Except that he was talking about the protesters and anyone marching with a tooled-up group giving Nazi salutes is aligning themselves with the Nazis.

As I said, we could doubt the claim he made. What you say here does not contradict my post.

Did they? All the photo's I have seen of people showing up heavily armed to fight are those of the nazi's.
This. Since I heard the press conference I have been looking for images of these "alt-left thugs" attacking anyone by charging at them with clubs. I am struggling to find any. I have seen plenty of images, moving and still, of people with Nazi banners in body armour and carrying shields and blunt weapons, and have heard them chanting anti Jewish and racist slogans during a torch-lit procession to a place which wasn't covered by the protest permit they obtained. I'm starting to think that the evidence may be against 45, hard as that might be to believe.

Except of course the nazi's found what he said to be very supportive. When the group supposedly being chastised feels vindicated it is not effective disapproval.

At least he has been consistent about all the nazi's who are good people.

No offense intended, but the plural of Nazi is Nazis (no apostrophe).

When you use "they" in that, did you have some particular group you think is going to preferentially use cars as weapons in protests? I've been thinking automobiles were equal access, disconnected from ideology and simply convenient.

The use of the word "continue" in combination with the topic of this thread should have provided the necessary context to answer your question before it ever needed to be asked.

If one is for Antifa and their violent tactics, one is against free speech and the freedom of expression.

Don't know if posted, but hearing this on FOX News is kinda heartwarming.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uq0gjK7mWAg

I had just finished watching that and was about to post it... When FOX News and CNN are in agreement about this situation with Trump's flip-flopping message and what that means.... well I think Hell just froze over.

Polling out not has him having dropped from 91% support among Republicans to 79%, and that was mostly done before this latest buhaha. Gallup had him drop to 34% approval before getting back up to 36% after the prepared statement. Will be interesting to watch those numbers now. Bush hit 25/70 in late 2008, have to wonder is Trump can beat that!

You do realise that there is no such things as a right to free speech beyond freedom from prosecution by the Government, right? And even that is limited pretty much everywhere, more so outside the US. You have no right to free speech that prevents non-government citizens from shouting you down, drowning you out, or preventing you from speaking using legal non-violent methods, no such right exists.

It's alright. The Big Dog was simply making his allegiances clear.

Also lots of semi auto assault rifles.

Are you sure of that? You're certain that this is what they believe and consider themselves to be? Or you DEFINING them as such after the fact based on nothing other than that they opposed the removal of a piece of history?

Let's see how this logic works: If you disagree with the removal of a piece of history related to the civil war... then you're either a neo-naxi or a white supremacist. Nothing is quite as uplifting to the righteous soul as shaming people into thought conformity by condemning them as sinners, I guess.
Clueless, per usual.

This wasn't merely a protest that happened to be attended by neo-nazis et al. It was a protest organized by neo-nazis. In the unlikely chance it was attended by "good people", those people were perfectly copacetic marching alongside nazis who were carrying torches and chanting nazi filth. Smack dab out of the basket of deplorables.
