The great businessman really has no idea about business and how taxes work. Sales taxes are state/local level and it's up to them to get Amazon to pay and many states do. An internet tax would be a federal tax. So now he wants to raise taxes?

I guess it was time for something like this. Every time it looks like he and his cronies are in danger of stringing a few wins together he finds a way to derail that. I think there should be an investigation into possible collusion between Trump and his critics.

If anything, the WAPO's coverage is going to get tougher. Bezos has shown he is not afraid of Trump.
But Trump should be afraid that now he has made a lot of enemies..and very wealthy ones in Silicon Valley and the Hi Tech industry with that statement. ANd they are on the phone to GOP leaders over this right now.
