That's only half the story. When he said "so our diplomats can negotiate from a position of strength", that was a dig against proposed cuts on the State Department. He was publicly pushing back on those cuts.

What's fascinating is these courts are deciding this on a guess that Trump is against Muslims because of the campaign.

Trump's travel ban was blocked once again and the reason was, Trump's own tweet. In other words, Trump shot himself in the foot.

Trumpy has given Preibus until July 4th to "Clean Up" the White House..or else. If I were Preibus, I would start cleaning up my desk now. Trump might well be bluffing, but that he would make this kind of threat shows how he is losing it.
So we could be getting some unusual fireworks this Fouth of July.

Oh, I'm certain Priebus is relaxed and content. After all, who better than him to know just how finely tuned the machine is.

This is an interesting development.

Defense Secretary James Mattis has been turning down regular requests by White House aides to appear on "Fox & Friends," the*New York Times*reported Monday.

Mattis has reportedly been asked weekly to give an interview Fox News's morning show, which strongly backs President Trump.

Trump has publicly praised "Fox & Friends" repeatedly, mostly recently thanking the show in a tweet for its "great reporting" last week after fired FBI Director James Comey’s testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee.*

Mattis continues to buck the Orange Menace's requests.

The coal industry is in for a period of sluggish growth as global demand essentially peaks in the coming years, the International Energy Agency forecasts in a new report.

IEA expects worldwide growth in coal consumption to average just 0.6 percent between 2015 and 2021 as developed countries continue to abandon the energy source and China's consumption plateaus. That will offset growing demand among emerging nations, particularly in India and Southeast Asia.

"Coal demand is moving to Asia, where emerging economies with growing populations are seeking affordable and secure energy sources to power their economies," said Keisuke Sadamori, the director of the IEA's energy markets and security directorate, in a press release.

The assessment by one of the world's leading energy authorities comes on the heels of a difficult time for coal producers. In 2015, global coal demand fell for the first time since the 1990s. Many coal companies have fallen into bankruptcy as the world remains supplied with more coal than it can use.

IEA expects the turnaround will be anything but spectacular; it projects coal consumption in 2021 will reach 5.63 billion tons of coal equivalent, just barely above 2014 levels.
