It's basic Trump philosophy. Always attack. Even if it's a woefully transparent bluff.
I took it to mean that Trump was suggesting that tapes may exist of Comey confirming that Trump was not under investigation.
Of course, that is pure supposition because making any sense of Trump's word salad is an exercise in futility.

Good morning. As always, it's really impossible to tell what Trump means by this tweet. Is he implying Comey taped the conversation or that Trump taped the conversation.
Of course it really means anything Trump wants it to mean because he put the word "tapes" in quotes. Past experience shows that when he puts something in quotes it can mean anything that is convenient to him at the time.

Possibility A: I believe Trump is counter-attacking because of the Comey statements that Trump asked him to pledge loyalty in that January dinner meeting. He's insinuating (stating outright?) that he can prove what went down in that meeting.

Demanding that someone not leak something or you'll bury them tends to work out better when you do so discreetly. Because my takeaway from this is "what would he leak that you're so worried about that you have a retaliatory strike ready for?"
