Anyone feel like slogging trough the thread to find one of the many times someone predicted third party photovoltaic / solar panels would be used as an excuse? I believe at least ONE of the many times that prediction was made was around discussion about how Mills blamed his 1990's failure to launch on a third party housing for the heater.

The more predictable the Mills excuses become the less empathy I have for people stupid enough to give him their money.

I agree, that is a huge step. Let us hope that "closing the dome" does not become the insurmountable hurdle which destroys the whole enterprise.

What a surprise. The easy bit turned out to be too hard. So now it looks like we're back to the 1991 product that was shelved because this was a better commercial opportunity. Even if there's any real science behind this, Mills has wasted a quarter of a century and the equivalent amount of investors' money; a staggering level of incompetence.

(I tried teaching optics to a hydrino once, but it wasn't a success. I explained all about electromagnetic radiation, but he couldn't absorb it.)

I would put a date in your diary for some time in 2021. That'll be the next incarnation of this particular woo. This would be the best, and only way, of making money out of Mills' woo; just stick a bet on when he will next come out with a promise of a working model, ready to 'go to market.' Do not bet on the model. However, I guess most rational people have figured that out.
