Cont: President Trump: Part 3

I'm generally all for transparency and we all know that the Trump administration leaks like crazy, but should senior officials really be leaking details of a "secret" military plan? I remember Trump making a big deal about the vital importance of military secrecy during the campaign. Maybe this was a planned leak and I'm just getting myself worried over nothing, but I do want the government to be able to keep some things secret.

Here's the plan according to the link:
The plan calls for continued bombing; beefing up support and assistance to local forces to retake its Iraqi stronghold Mosul and ultimately the ISIS capital of Raqqa in Syria; drying up ISIS's sources of income; and stabilizing the areas retaken from ISIS, the officials say.
That's the equivalent of saying the sky is blue. Or telling Hitler that the Allies are going to eventually invade Europe and grind the Germans into mincemeat.

BFD. My assessment is that you are, indeed, making a grain of sand into Mt. Everest. Chill, my man, chill.

I would expect the US military to keep critical information secret, but this ain't that. It's no secret to ISIS that there has been no new plan initiated, in the first 30 days or since.

The military is human, of course, and the non-critical information that Trump was simply blowing off about having a plan that was so much better than theirs was bound to surface.

Oh give him a break! The hand isn't the part of a woman he usually grabs. He got confused.
Actually he shook her hand, if you look at the video real closely you will see, his hands are just too small to notice at first glance.

In the opinion of the GOP, it's a desirable feature, not a bug.

People overseas should not be mooching off the U.S. taxpayer. Unless they can pay for their research, or pay the U.S. to carry out research on their behalf then they deserve to die in the same way as the additional 24 million who will fail to have insurance under the GOP ACA replacement.

What did Merkel say to get Donald in such a sulk?

"You do know that there's an official cooperation between our German intelligence service BND and the NSA? Just like between GCHQ and NSA. And your NSA has graciously given the BND access to their database (read Snowden)? Whatever GCHQ and NSA know about your people and the Russians, the BND and I know, too. So cut the crap, Donnie."

"And all of us know that it's tiny, Donald. Teeny tiny, even smaller than your hands."
