Those imaginary currents are that "spinning surface" and will have to be moving faster than the speed of light to produce the measured spin.

Yep, it's the rather cavalier attitude not only with what would be high energy density physics but what would also be a new untested state of matter. The whole attitude of 'Well, people have had long term exposure and no one's grown three testicals on thier kidneys or crapped out their lungs yet, that we've noticed'. Mills book has a section on alpha decay starting on page 1621. This is alpha decay

Mills starts with a ignorant fantasy about free electron tunneling. That includes treating it as a plane wave when that is not his electron model and referring equation 3.1 - an equation for light. He repeats the fantasy on page 1623 and makes this a delusion by applying it to the 2 protons and neutrons of an alpha particle bound in a nucleus.

An electron is not light.
An electron in a potential is bound, not free.
A proton is not an electron.
A neutron is not an electron.

The de Brogie hypothesis is quantum physics, not classical physics, and so cannot be part of his fantasy of only using classical physics.

A de Brogie wavelength says nothing about the nature of the wave . It can be a plane wave, spherical wave or a wave package.

If an 1 electron atom loses its electron by ionization, its atomic radius becomes undefined (no "surrounding cloud of electrons").

That free electron has a finite momentum - not his "hypothesis" of zero momentum.

The obvious problem is a "Gravity section" talking about the nuclear process of electron capture!
The ignorance is that spin is already conserved in electron capture with a proton and electron combining to make a neutron and emitting an electron neutrino.
The delusion is the emission of a photon by electron capture which would violate conservation of spin. It is the resulting nucleus that can emit a (usually gamma ray) photon. The loss of an inner electron allows an outer electron to occupy a lower energy state and emit an x-ray photon.

The measured masses of the neutron and its quarks are 939.56563(28) MeV/c2 for the neutron and 4.8 + 4.8 + 2.3 MeV/c2 from the 2 down quarks and 1 up quark. The mass of a neutron is not made up of the masses of its quarks.

Followed by a delusion of a "strange-strange-charm" neutron existing.
