I'm sure the terrorists will feel the burn of his angry all-caps tweet.
It will make them sad.

Isn't SALT about Russian spies trying to kill the president? Seems like a crass thing of Putin to bring up.
Lol
The agony of defeat. I wonder if the left will come up with any else? So far bitching and complaining is it.
Just out of morbid curiosity, what would it take for you to change your tune? How far does he have to go before you stop defending him?
"A Presidential Disaster Declaration would immediately make federal aid available to support evacuation and shelter of the residents of Butte, Sutter, and Yuba Counties, as well as increase the capacity of federal, state, and local agencies to address the crisis as it develops."

I keep thinking of those near misses during and after the Cold War, when faulty intelligence or machines indicated, falsely, a launch upon the US or Russia. One was even in 1995, where Yeltsin was told a missile was on its way. It turned out to be a weather study thing, but they didn't know that. Reportedly Yeltsin had their nuclear football open and ready, but decided to err on the side of caution.
I just can't see Trump- shortsighted, petulant, angry, childish Trump- making the same decision in the same circumstances. If a screen or an aide tells him a nuke is on the way he'll press the button without a flicker of doubt or critical thought.
It really IS scary.
I wonder how he'd have reacted in October 62
Winning horse?
