The terrorists might be smart enough to sit back and let Trump sink himself. Right now he's pissing off our allies and embracing our enemies. Why get in his way?
 
Yeah, that's pretty scary. He is so out of his element, it's hard to say what he'll do. Aside from being in a serious earthquake zone, we've stepped up a little to be prepared for some insanity from this insane man who's obviously not in control.
 
Well, he did succeed in doing something I never thought he'd accomplish: he's frightened Putin. Unfortunately he did it by betraying his own appalling ignorance rather than projecting American strength, but perhaps the effect will be the same after all. Now the Russkies have to worry not just "how far will America go?" but "just how stupid can they get?" Plenty stupid, Putin. Stupider than you ever imagined!

The most scary menace that I know of is a thread which has a title that doesn't tell you about the subject of the thread.

Trump would do that. He absolutely would. Scary.
 
If The Hair needs actual governing done, he's going to have his people do it. That's hard, not the sort of thing his kind worry about.

Apparently he blew up at Putin when they talked and Putin brought up SALT and the idea of extending it as there is provision to do.

It seems that Trump thinks that being limited to just 1550 nuclear warheads is just not on because he wants to be able to blow up the world 4 times instead of just 3....

He didn't even know what the hell it was. It was something somebody else had negotiated, so he had to badmouth it.

But hey, how important can limiting nuclear weapons be compared to serving our Thumbsucker-in-Chief's ego?

I doubt Trump would hesitate one second to mouth off at Putin. Trump is a 1 yo trying to play chess against a master. I suspect Putin thinks he can handle Trump but would also like to keep his home country nuke free.

I didn't imagine Trump would know about New Start. Like Jon Snow, he knows nothing.

I think they'd be even more motivated to poke the U.S. with a stick in order to provoke Trump even further. He's possibly the best enemy they could ever have.

Surely it was about the US nuking Mecca, and I can see why Putin would be worried about Trump or his National Security Advisor doing this.;)
