I don't know if it's dementia but it has been affecting her for a long long time. As I said in my similar thread, she is the Palin of the left - and then some maybe. They should debate, that would be hilarious and sad at the same time.

Due to past performances I've always suspected she's on drugs.

I've heard my dad tell jokes like that in a deadpan way (and yes, I'm certain he isn't just that ignorant). Pretending to not understand something very basic. People tend to get confused because it's not really that funny. You're not quite sure what to make of it: Does he really think that? Is he mocking me? Is it supposed to be funny? I guess it's funny to him, but not so much to other people.

That's all fine and dandy, unless you watch him when he says it, he isn't joking, with his visual aid demonstrating something actually flipping over as he uses the word, "capsize". :rolleyes:

Just fwiw, she has "Deer In The Headlights Eyes". Every woman I've ever known with DITHE has been bat s*** crazy.
