In Brussels, outside one of Parliament's main buildings, Altiero Spinelli building, it has been possible see the EU Party APF Secretary General Stefan Jacobsson and his colleagues line up on stage. "Stop russophobia now" were the words on the printed A4 sheets they held in their hands. The image of the manifestation has been widely reported on the party's website.
The Alliance for Peace and Freedom are several of the most extreme parties represented. Among other things, the Greek fascist party Golden Dawn, Nazi NPD in Germany and fascist Forza Nuova in Italy. Several of the party members are also elected representatives in the European Parliament.
The protagonists of these extreme right-wing parties are also some of the regular guests at the major conference "Conservative Forum" in St Petersburg which gathers extreme right across Europe.
