Who killed Meredith Kercher? part 23

What the court found was that even allowing for the strong suspicion that Knox was in the house that evening, based on the bathroom DNA swab, it cannot possibly be that the explanation for this is that Knox or Sollecito murdered Kercher, because the lack of biological evidence at the crime scene definitively rules this out. Invoking "proof" of multiple attackers merely demonstrates what a fraud you are, because it is "proved" by this very same logic Knox and Sollecito were not among those attackers. The only way out of this, for any of us, is to let go of the idiot notion that there cannot be possibly be any distinction between a legal fact and an actual one. But you cling to it like a limpet, because it's all you've got -- short of admitting you were wrong, which your monstrous ego will never allow.

This is why one needs to at least read all of Sections 8 and 9 of the 2015 ISC report. In Section 8 M/B they call it Knox"s alleged presence which was in front of the Nencini court.

So if I read you right, you think the chances of an ECHR verdict pro Knox are remote, but you are not totally discounting it because you understand the public relations victory it will be for her, so you seek to undermine it in advance. I think you are right that it would be definitely seen as a major positive for Knox: it has already been established that she did not slander the police when she accused them of being a bit rough. It will all help to contextualise her calunnia case. I also note that you are aware of no major book, properly sourced, being written that explains the story of the conspiracy theory regarding the alleged corruption behind AK and RS's eventual definitive acquittal. Not that I asked for it, but you do not allude to any court case challenging the Supreme Court either.

IIRC it was no less than Andrea Vogt who wrote of an attempt by a private citizen who took such a case to a Florence courtroom, but failed to get the Court's attention on the matter. She regarded this as almost cruel towards the Kerchers, since it merely reopened wounds for them, given that the ISC had definitively acquitted the pair.

Machiavelli upthread comments on this which folk can read. My interpretation of thise comments was that such action would be better placed directly in Rome, again IIRC. There was no comment on Vogt's concern that this simply fruitlessly picks at the Kercher's painnof the last decade.

I'll make a prediction here.
If and when the ECHR publishes its judgment on Knox's claims that allege that Italy violated her rights in convicting her of calunnia, it will find in her favor.
Here's the important part:
In response to such a favorable ECHR judgment, anonymous internet posters will post that the ECHR judgment in Knox's favor was a fraud, illegal, the result of bribery, American government pressure, a Masonic conspiracy, and/or racial bias on the part of the ECHR.

If Italy can drag someone into a middle of the night interrogation room, prevent them from leaving even to go to the bathroom, slap them around and manipulate them with a biased translator, not provide them any legal assistance, and force them to sign a pre-written statement in a language they don't speak, and not violate the ECHR, the ECHR has no meaning.

You are deluded. If, as Mach says, the delay is caused by the ECHR sending yet another interrogatory to Amanda, it indicates her application is defective. It could be they have also asked Italy to respond.

You would have thought Dalla Vedova would get it right first time.

The ECHR claim is purely speculatory. There is no way Italy 'violated her rights in convicting her of calunnia'.

Not one judge or court found in her favour in this. Her confession was proven to be entirely voluntary and in addition, ipso facto malicious.

People don't consult a lawyer before committing calunnia, or they wouldn't commit the serious crime int he first place.

As for the 'torture', it is such a shame her lawyer failed to lodge a complaint through the proper channels at the time, or Amanda report it to the US ambassador who regularly visited her, or even the prison chaplain.

You live in Cloud Cuckooland as you ought to know by now Amanda went to the questura of her own volition. The police even advised her to 'go home'.

She confessed to being at the murder scene within apx 90". Having insisted in finishing the meal they were enjoying when Raff was summoned to the questura, there is no way she was starved and deprived of water.

Let me give you some free legal advice. Don't walk into a police station and confess to a crime if you don't wish to be arrested.

That is not what cell phone records work. It isn't even how the cell network works. Just how small do you think network cells actually are? Or are you gleaning your information from NCIS on the TV? Cell phone records cannot do what you claim.

Did you take the trouble to look at the phone log? I'll wager, not.

I ask this in all sincerity - has any Italian journalist done any investigative reports concerning any coverup with regards to the Hellmann acquittals? Are there any media inquiring about any fraud with the case? Do not Italian journalists care about and investigate corruption in their courts and country?

On another subject how are the people doing in the present as far as their careers and reputations, i.e. Mignini, Stefanoni, Comodi, etc.?

I am quoting this because I'd like to see Mach answer it.

Exactly. It seems to me that there's evidence of Sollecito writing things on that private FB group which were immature, inappropriate and idiotic. He really ought to know that he's still in the spotlight to some extent (albeit from pro-guilt obsessives who creepily follow his every move, rather than the general public or even the World/Italian media - though this latest story came to life courtesy of an agenda-blogger who, seeing that Sollecito was involved, passed the story to a magazine).

But Vixen wrote very specific and extreme claims, among which were the accusations that Sollecito was writing "disgusting misogynist filth", and - far worse in the context of the Kercher murder in particular - that he had written about "how he had got away with it (i.e. the Kercher murder)" and that he was "using (Kercher's) name to make the crudest suggestions on how to hide a body or cut it up". It was these types of extreme, inflammatory and explicit claims that I wanted evidence of - I already knew that Sollecito had been discovered writing stupid, immature stuff in a lame attempt at "humour".

And it transpires, apparently, that Vixen cannot provide any proof to back up her accusations. Which leads to the conclusion that Vixen took a story and then added her own agenda-led magnification and exaggeration to make it far, far more than it ever was. Who'd a thought it......?

No doubt you excuse the murder and rape on the same grounds of, 'immature, inappropriate and idiotic'.

Bored with his BeOnMemories €66K business start up, Raff spends his immature inappropriate and idiotic days leading secret Facebook pages promulgating murder and rape of women, using photogrpahs filched from genuine women and used in slut-shaming as whores perfectly decent respectable persons.

Whatever gets you through the night...

From the independent:

However, Mr Sollecito, 31, has provoked outrage in Italy after journalist Selvaggia Lucarelli revealed his lurid remarks – including an apparently tongue-in-cheek comment on the disposal of a body – to a number of closed Facebook groups which feature jokes about femicide, rape and murder.
...
Writing on her Facebook page, Ms Lucarelli posted screenshots of Mr Sollecito’s participation in several groups on the network, including one called “Pastorizia never dies” (meaning “Shepherds never die”) and #accazduro, meaning “with a hard d***”.

A comment which caused particular controversy was a response to someone who asked: “Master, teach me to cancel traces of a murder, as I have a couple of things to solve.”

Charming advert for a funeral director, I'm sure.

Out of the false posts of the las few hours this stands out.

Once again is this going to simply be asserted or is ther a cite? I reserve judgement until one is forthcoming.

Track record counts. Or else are you still saying Raff gave testimony at trial, or that there's something else which counts as that even if he didn't?

OK, so there was clumsy wording in my sentence. However, we all know Raff REFUSED TO TAKE THE WITNESS STAND. It's hardly a hidden piece of information.

You can see the status of the ECHR on the webpage. I believe it still says awaiting the Italy response due Sept 2016. However, ear to the ground news says Amanda has had a fresh interrogatory to respond to. We also know Italy did respond by the set date.

<shrug>

If an interrogation can coerce a confession from a hardened criminal, why is it surprising that an interrogation can coerce a false confession from an innocent person?

Maybe coercion works both ways . . . . .

Are you giving credit to AK for taking the stand?

Whichever way you try to spin it or avoid it, it was a flat-out lie to claim that Sollecito wrote that he "got away with it (i.e. the Kercher murder)" or that he was "using (Kercher's) name to make the crudest suggestions on how to hide a body or cut it up". And it was you who invented and promulgated these lies. I can understand why you're seemingly unprepared to retract though.......

By "ear to the ground news", do you mean "Machiavelli wrote on this thread about 24 hours ago"?

And what do you think it means if the webpage suggests Italy still hasn't provided the response that was due in September of last year? Presumably because that would allude to the incompetence/obfuscation of the prosecution side in this case, you'd be happy to excuse and overlook it, right?

He is indeed bragging he got away with it. Why else would he set himself up as 'master', giving pervs advice on how to dispose of their girlfriends bodies, and endorsing obscene pictures of Amanda

Why are we not surprised to see you condone this behaviour.

AFAIAA Italy did respond by the deadline.

Do you think Machiavelli just plucked the information out of thin air?

She took the witness stand and made a poor impression.

She is one of these people who thinks she only has to say a thing - she believes 'convincingly' - and it becomes true!

No doubt her parents let her get away with lying and manipulation from an early age.
