Has he said anything about being concerned with how they did it?No, I think he and the other adults will be concerned with how they did it.

Oh, for gawd's sake, Reheat, get a grip. It was an exaggeration, nothing more. It's along the same lines as calling Obama unamerican or calling for Clinton to be jailed - both of which happened thousands of times. And worse. While I respect Lewis for his 1960's historic activity, to call Trump an illegitimate President Elect is shameful and borderline treasonous.
You're clueless about politics. Who gives s damn about reaching out to the fools who voted against him. They have zero power, and they will never vote for Trump. They need to be defeated not courted or compromised with.
Lol
You're not a hyper partisan? Really?
Wow! I'm impressed that you've looked at all the crime statistics of all the Dem-controlled districts and compared those statistics to national averages. Could you maybe give us some details of that extensive analysis?... and yes his district is crime ridden, just like every district the left has control of...,.
Why, you're correct! Trump is only in control of what he says he believes: the US intelligence agencies are wrong, and the Russians (claiming they interfered with the election not at all) are right!Lets not forget Trump isn't in control of what Russia did, nor is he in control of how stupid Clinton and the DNC was.
And I contend that you should give me all your money and that nice airplane in your avatar. Both have the same likelihood of coming to pass. However, I do disagree that it should be screened by his advisors, but contend that he should have enough self discipline that his twitter account doesn't need screening.
In addition, I'll also contend that there's been more division and divisiveness during the past 8 years of the Obama Administration that in all of the history of the US, except for the period leading up to the Civil War. I don't think any of us want to repeat that.
I could sign on if you had said "some" instead of "many". That said, his post was over the top. This post summarizes the elitism shown by many on the left - voting for Trump, by itself, marks you as a lesser person, and one they feel in a perfect world they would not even want to vote, allowing the "better" side to rule.
No, no, you don't understand... Obama!I firmly reject both of your contentions.

But meaningless. A president that gets 80% of the vote and has there policies enacted is just as democratically legitimate as one who does the same with 50.1%. if the latter's strategy is to only serve that 50.1%, it makes no difference. That is democracy.
Nonsense. I'll give you an example of talk that not only should be censured but roundly condemned by Republicans:First, John Lewis is a disgraceful partisan hack. He also claimed that George W. Bush was an illegitimate President. Personally, I think that kind of talk by a sitting member of Congress should be officially censured, but apparently Democrats, particularly "civil rights icons," get passes on inflammatory rhetoric.
We are all created equal, then a bunch choose to squander it and reduce their worth as humans.
Completely agree. He core basis for winning was FEAR. Fear of the brown man taking his job. Fear of the black man being equal. Fear of elitist scientists. In fact, fear of all pointy-headed people of any expertise. Fear of regulations. Fear for jobs in coal mines (which Trump can't do anything about). The main issue Donald Trump ran on was to be not Hillary Clinton.
This hyper partisan crap needs to stop.
