Donald Trump hints US 'One China' policy could end

President-elect Donald Trump has questioned whether the US should continue its "One China" policy.

US policy since 1979 has respected China's stance on Taiwan, which it sees as a breakaway province.

But Mr Trump said that without concessions from Beijing on trade and other issues, he did not see why that should continue.

And the Right loves it. They fell in love with Putin when Putin slighted Obama.

He does have the ideal government for them. Hard on gays, easy on guns and employers can make their employees pray. What is not to love about Russia?

He even has put the press in its place.

Do you have supporting evidence for this accusation? I understand that Russia hacked some servers, but I am unaware of that being 1) solicited and 2) contributing to the outcome of the election.

Don't know about #2, but as to #1:

“Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing,” Mr. Trump said during a news conference here in an apparent reference to Mrs. Clinton’s deleted emails. “I think you will probably be rewarded mightily by our press.”

17 different US intelligence agencies have reported this.
They have the evidence. Take it up with them.

NO NO!

That was just him having fun, remember?

Trump is never to be taken at his word. We have his word on that.

Putting aside the fact that it was a joke, the statement does not solicit a hack. It simply asks that the Russians release the email that they've already hacked. Which would be good for the US actually. Not knowing what Russia had is far worse.

Evidence points toward the highlighted being nothing more than wishful thinking on the part of a sore winner at this point.

He told them to do it. Right in front of our faces he told them to do it, and they did.

Treason.

The newest way to show your patriotism - treason.

Well done.
