Gable Tostee

All fluff Atheist And irrelevant to the three questions
Yes, and it's so glaring isn't it, fluff and irrelevancies, seems to be his standard Modus Operandi.

In NZ, he could not have been found guilty of less than depriving her of her freedom. In QLD, because it's QLD and QLD laws, that isn't possible.
Deprivation of liberty must have context, this has also been explained to you previously. I would take Qld over NZ anyday since we don't make laughable Lundy-like mistakes over here. Our state population is more than your whole country. ;)

Thus again emphasising your complete lack of touch with reality.

Thus again emphasising your lack of knowledge of details. Most of those cases were circumstantial, gaps were filled in.

But which one of those cases shows anywhere the amount of stupidity displayed in the Lundy case, where he as a roly-poly man, was supposed to have done a 300km/h round trip in peak hour traffic walked 500 metres, killed two people, shut down a computer, all in less than 3 hours? Particularly when there are others with a clear motive for having arranged thise murders? A: none of them. There is no room for circumstantiality in the Lundy case, it is as though those NZ jurors were deliberately trying to be stupid. We aren't like that in Australia. I mean just look at how many times you've called me a genius? ;) The few recalcitrant juror/s in this case got their heads slapped into gear and were made to see the light. Justice was served, gold ol' Aussie style.

Throw another verdict on the barbie, old mate.

Lundy's case was equally circumstantial, as most cases are.

You were proven wrong and are now trying to move the goalposts. Miscarriages of justice happen everywhere.

Why do you keep going back to Lundy?

His case is irrelevant

Mate, if you were following the discussion, it wasn't me who put him in the mix. I was just answering the idiotic statement that miscarriages of justice don't happen in Australia because they're so much smarter than NZ.

Just like their cops have never been corrupt. Especially the NSW cops.

You should learn to read properly, as that was not said at all.

More fluff and irrelevance. Police everywhere are always partially corrupt.

Apart from all the fluff being injected, its obvious to me that this discussion is over. No one is really discussing aspects of this case. Perhaps more to talk about if an inquest arises, but don't hold your breath for that. End of story. Bubberdiddums.

Dude was found not guilty.

Taking the piss for a laugh because he was a prick is ok.

Anything else is a no no

The hounding of him in Australia has mostly died down, but the NZ media scrum have always been more biased than anyone, and predictable they will now have a good go at making his life a misery.

Nah.

He'll fade quick.

Old news

Yeah, he really hates all the attention, doesn't he?

It ain't like he's going to get a career.

A paid interview is hardly surprising.

I missed the bit where he held the press conference to say he was moving to Hicksville NZ

Maybe they didn't print it in NZ, but his kiwi girlfriend announced it all over the media a few weeks ago. I linked a story 2 weeks ago about him posting to social media with news of his milkshake drinking record.
They post to social media knowing (hoping?) that it will be picked up by the sharks.

ETA. Actually, I think TA linked the milkshake story.
