The Unofficial Election 2016 Results Thread PLEASE

Well, I can't see Alabama going to Clinton at any rate.

Why am I getting that Alabama is going to Trump if so few of its votes have been counted?

If pre-election polls show a candidate really far ahead, the state basically gets called as soon as voting closes. For example, 538 gives Clinton a less than 0.1% chance of winning Alabama. Everybody already knows Trump will win that state without having to wait for any actual results.

Sadly all the signs seem to be that Trump is going to sneak in with Florida, which is a shame. That means that it's not over yet. Perhaps Ohio will surprise us the other way.

Imagine the Crimson Tide was playing St. Mary's High, and was up 14:0 5 minutes into the first quarter. Would you doubt that Bama would win this? ;)

My stomach is starting to hurt. We trust in Nate, right? right???

Colorado has had voting issues, and dems are in court trying to keep the polls open 2 hours past the normal time.

Court is now in recess while Judge Grant deliberates.

Judge rules: No evidence supporting that long lines were caused exclusively because of outages, timing, and other outages. So polling stations statewide WILL NOT stay open two extra hours.

Why? Nate called Fa and NC both at just over 50:50 for Clinton. Which means that one going blue, the other red is the most likely outcome.

NYT has dropped its probability of a Clinton victory to 70%, right in line with 538's, which was 72%. So much for 538's model being underconfident.

EDIT: NYT now saying 67%.
