Physical pieces of paper secured in an office are harder to hack than digitally held copies.
There's a name for that fallacy, but I can't remember it at the moment. Whether or not physical pieces of paper are easier or harder to hack than digitally held copies, we're talking about the difference between (a) only digital copies and (b) digital copies plus paper copies. The existence of paper copies inevitably makes documents less secure, because they add the vulnerabilities of paper copies to those of digital copies rather than replacing them.
