But HEY NOW!!! According to my 23andMe genetic testing, I have more Neanderthal genes than 99% who have been tested. I take great offense at you comparing Trump to my (close) ancestors! :D

My toddler isn't terribly reasonable most of the time either, but I still treat him with respect.

Of course, I also expect him to grow up, something I rarely expect of politicians.

Trump has added Saturday Night Live to his enemies list:saying it should be cancelled. He did not say that last year when he was guest host.........BTW if SNL has been rough on Donald this Season...and they have....I think it in response to Trump being a guest host last November,a decision which was made by NBC execs,and which the SNL produceers did not like at all.
He is also lashing out at GOP officials who refuse to buy into his "The election is rigged" campaign.
It is interesting to see just how far Trump will go in the last few weeks.
BTW, there is a story that Trump's Son in Law is in London, seeking out investors for a possible Trump Television Network. American Banks have,for over 20 years, been reluctant to loan Donald money, given his record. He is seen as a Riverboat Gambler...and Banks do not like to loan money to those. That might be the reason Trump hates banks so much......

They always ramp up the Horse Race aspects of the election. It's the nature of the beast. That is not going to change.

I am a little surprised that McCain would out and out blurt it out. Even if you are planning to do just that, you don't say it in so many words. McCain must really be worried about his reelection if he resorts to that to fire up the base.

No he has it locked up. He had a bit of a test in the primary but he's a lock in the general election.
 
No matter what McCain says, I think Hillary has the chops to find someone well-respected who can survive the SC confirmation process. She might even be manipulative enough to put forth far-left judges to be rejected, so that moderate judges look like a win for the GOP.

Once justices are in office they often ended up surprising court watchers by showing stubborn streaks of independence. Roberts and Kennedy have both shown this.

I don't know why McCain is being such an idiot about it. He says he doesn't have much faith in nominees Trump would appoint, either.

I'm just glad we have a Senate willing to actually use their advise and consent power.

They advise that they'll accept anyone, or anything with a hard right wing ideology.

They'll consent to any conservative idea.

They'll consider anything that is Republican.

Called this on 3rd of October. Not that it takes a genius to predict a petulant outburst from Trump.
