Trump runs for POTUS/ Trumped Up! Part VI

Good afternoon iknownothing.
Reading the articles that quote the transcripts. Are you trying to say he meant something other than what he clearly said?
Don't you know? Trump talks in a secret code that needs to me interpreted several different ways by several different surrogates until something resonates with his supporters.

Good morning. While that this pussy grabbing moment is interesting and all, I find it kinda sad that thisis the thing that seems to have upset most people. In my messed up head, I might advise Trump campaign to release this story on purpose to distract from his "double down" on the Central Park Five comments he just released, or any of the other asinine things has as sad, done or proposed. The list of "deplorable" things Trump has put forth is Yuuugggge.
Is there anyone from NY or NJ who have watched this guy for decades that supports this guy? Growing up in NJ, this buffoon is a joke. Always has been. I suspect that the majority of supporters across the country know him from his reality show.

Dare I say it's because there is sex involved, always seems to be something that gets the USA in a tizz. ;)

Its on you if you want to demonstrate a different argument. From your responses you've yet to levy a compelling counterargument to anything i've posted already... youve only questioned me on issues i already addressed. Please read my prior response and then feel free to ask.

You are the one making a claim of hypocrisy so it is up to you to demonstrate it not I.

Is this your interpretation of the transcripts or is this your READING of them?

Would you mind giving your own quite literal understanding of what Trump meant in those transcripts? I can certainly accept some points being unclear, but so far as you are able to ascertain his probable meaning, please let us know what you think he was talking about.

Thanks.

Judging by your portrayal im not even sure youve seen the transcripts of that interview for one. He certainly sounded like a crazed horn dog but thats about all the transcripts show.

And two... my criticism is that people didnt give a crap about clinton back then... and suddenly a mans' dirty talk is a problem now.

I really dont know what to tell you... i have nothing good to say for Trump on this matter other than people seem to enjoy reasoning it as a disqualifier after having no qualms about lewd comments or behavior in the past. It doesnt get any simpler than that. You got other reasons to despise the man.

It's like Sesame Street, one the following is not like the others:

D Trump is a candidate for POTUS
H Clinton is a candidate for POTUS
B Clinton is not a candidate for POTUS

And

D Trump says he sexually assaults women
B Clinton had consensual sex with an intern

There is no equivalence in the two scenarios.

(Plus if you read the thread you will find that most people who have commented have stated that morally they don't like what Bill Clinton did because he was married.)

The BBC now reports Trump's reaction to Paul Ryan's withdrawal of support. It looks a bit creepy. What is he going to get up to now?
On Monday, Mr Ryan told fellow House Republicans he would focus on congressional elections to ensure Republicans could maintain legislative control. Mr Trump fired back in a string of tweets, saying the "shackles" had been removed, allowing him to "fight for America the way I want to."

Oh yes he's gone full out Tweet war on the real enemies that he can hurt - the GOP.

That way he can blame their lack of support for his eventual loss.

Can even Trump think that anyone would believe John McCain is foulmouthed compared to him?

This is what has happened to the GOP with its over the top right wing talk radio and conspiracy theory Web media outlets. Issues gets lost. Its more about appealing to a core group of followers who's desire to believe overshadows logic and critical thinking.

They become obsessed with things that reasonable people place little weight. They follow morons like Sarah Palin and go off the deep end about Obama being a Socialist, (When he's clearly not) a Muslim, (Which again, he's not) not a US Citizen. (He is) Trump has done this the entire campaign. He's whipped that group into a frenzy while all the rest of us are left rolling our eyes.

Trump doesn't discuss "issues". He doesn't understand issues. What he does is lie about the issues and insist that he's the one telling the truth. He tells us there are problems, some real and many that really are not. And then he tells us that he's the only one who can fix them. Now why would we believe that this orange clown is the Messiah? I can't think of a reason.

Reasonable.

But what have i not been clear on? Ive explained that the issue deals with essentially party loyalty impairing judgement of moral standards... despite these scandals clinton and trump will carry the majority of their respective bases that participate. The nature of criticisms being levied reflects a very similar attitude.

I think having a POTUS who had consensual sex with women he was not married to and a presidential candidate with the same surname is confusing you. Clinton - the presidential candidate - has not been accused of (as you put it) "lewd behaviour" nor is on record as stating she commits sexual assaults, there is no equivalent "sex" scandal between the two candidates i.e. Clinton and Trump.

Everyone expected Trump to moderate himself after the nomination: and he had gotten somewhat house-trained by the first debate.
"Unshackled" can only mean back to the nomination and then some.

Bill Clinton sexually assaulted women. Donald Trump, as far as we know, only joked about doing it. Furthermore, Bill was carrying on at least his legal sexual escapades in the White House. Donald Trump would likely be too old for that to be a concern.

There is no doubt that Hillary and Bill are a package deal. They said so even back in 1992. Why wouldn't Bill play a huge role in a Hillary Presidency? He might even be more influential in her administration than Dick Cheney was in W's.
