I never said they aren't relevant. I've said no one cares and there really isn't a damn thing the libs can do about it. ;)

Yes, yes, and yes.
Yes. There are relevant. Yes. People on both sides of the aisle care about them. Yes. There is nothing the people opposing Trump can do.

Trump must be terrified of having them released if he is willing to tell so many lies about his not releasing them. I do hope no foreign power obtains the returns. It is possible that Trump might jeopardize national security in an effort to hide his embarrassing secrets.

This is all prefaced on the FDA being able to determine if a drug works and is safem. They cannot. Efficacy and risk are not binary. They are on a continuum.

If you want a universal standard of risk for everyone, I would gladly debate if the FDA is the best method to achieve that. However, my primary argument would be that deciding on how much risk a person should accept is hubris.
Which is what the FDA gives you I.e. The information to decide if you want to risk a treatment or not.

And, at the end of the day - barring a true ban (which would halt production in the first place) - doctors and patients together still have the final decision on which drugs to use and why. For example, off-label use of prescription drugs is generally quite legal. It can obviously be risky, but it's usually legal.

As an aside, every time a member here uses a derogatory or foolish name, be it Trumpkin or Killary, I figuratively roll my eyes and that member is slightly diminished in my view - it's just childish.
Yes, me too.

Yes, he wanted obama to release his birth certificate. Guess what happened?

No, he didn't. What Trump wanted was press. The idea that Trump should receive credit for being a narcissistic racist scumbag is fine with me.

Heh. Trump suffers from "Schrödinger's Syndrome".

That's funny. Trump's mind is like the box that contained Schrödinger's cat. We all know that there is a dead cat in it, but we're not 100 percent sure until he opens his mouth and then we think it really stinks in here.

I'm confident that if a GOP nominee were to disclose their tax returns, and Hillary Clinton refused, Trump supporters would be OK with it. You know who would also be OK with it? Clinton supporters. You guys are the worst kinds of hypocrites: the hypothetical type.

Is that the tail of said cat he has wrapped around his head?

I just call him the Trumpster Dumpster.

I'm sorry. I've never referred to any Presidential candidate with a derogatory nickname in the past. I take the election very seriously. But it simply is impossible with a candidate as ridiculous as Donald Trump. I'm being very serious. The guy is a raving nutjob. I feel like this is kind of like a bizarre joke that will end with an "a ha, gotcha" or a dream we will all wake up from or a nightmare we will wake up to.

I'm curious, if childish nicknames by forum members makes you view the members in a diminished capacity what does it say when the Republican nominee for President regularly uses them?

The world we confront is too perilous and too complex to have as president a man who believes he, and he alone, has all the answers and has no need to listen to anyone. In domestic affairs, there are many checks on what a president can do; in national security there are few constraints. A thin-skinned, temperamental, shoot-from-the-hip and lip, uninformed commander-in-chief is too great a risk for America.

Former Defense Secretary Robert Gates
Needless to add that Trump reacted with an angry tweet.

A bunch of posts focusing the subtleties and nuances that separate formal logic from natural language have been dumped to the place of no return. A bunch of other posts on various topics including such things as the price for epi-pens and the tenets of libertarianism may soon suffer a similar fate.

Despite the diversity exemplified by these posts, they all have something in common: They are not about Trump's bid for US presidency.

Please now return to the actual topic of this thread and leave those other things about which you have posted for other threads. Thank you.
