Hillary Clinton is Done: part 3

The FBI had them in their investigation, right?

I believe so. From the NY Times article in today's paper.

The F.B.I. discovered the roughly 14,900 emails by scouring Mrs. Clinton’s server and the computer archives of government officials with whom she corresponded. In late July, it turned them over to the State Department, which now must set a timetable for their release, according to Judge Boasberg’s order.

It seems the FBI has been going through the server and had not gotten through the email archive previously.

Big Dog is partially correct in that the drone operator was needlessly and uselessly interviewed (he basically told them to go back and watch the video they had had for a year), but is incorrect in his claim that the DoD refused to turn over lists. The list was given on May 20, with "John from Iowa" being interviewed weeks later.

It was the "...Democrat Political Hack at DoD stonewalled the requests and refused to turn over the list of all the drone operators..." that I was hoping to be evidenced.

Yep, the FBI has already investigated them (result: no indictment) and is turning them back over to the State Dept. Five of the 8 disks in question were never sent to or from Clinton, and of the emails released from this one (which may have been sent directly to or from Clinton, or may have been included in an email chain that was sent to her): "It is unclear how many documents might be attachments, duplicates or exempt from release for privacy or legal reasons."

Evidence?

(because the WaPo article says the exact opposite, of course.... In fact the WaPo article says this is just 1 of 8 disks, all that were to or from Hillary, but acb don't care)

But you keep pretending that Hillary has been in possession of all this and has been hiding it somewhere or somehow. That hasn't been the case. These are not "new emails" or "hidden emails". There is nothing nefarious about them.

I missed this one. Yes, one of 8 disks, no, not all that were to or from Clinton. 5 of the 8 were not to or from Clinton, according to WaPo. You may wish to reread the article, given how badly you got it wrong.

Uhhh, these are 14,900 of her emails that she didn't turn over to State and that were discovered on her servers by the FBI.

Seems pretty nefarious to me

face palm.

The 14,900 emails were from disk one.

Cripes.

I keep reading about emails being released. Some of these emails are from State Department Servers and have nothing to do really with the FBI investigation. For example, some are emails that were in Huma Abedin email archive which were sent or received by the Clinton Foundation. These emails that are now being sprung on everyone is the result of a civil suit made by Judicial Watch as part of a FOI request. Judicial Watch is a right wing group who have been investigating the Clintons and other Democrats for 25 years. They always act as if they are a watchdog group for the people. But in those 25 years they have never investigated a single Republican.

You really don't care about the facts do you? It's all about the smear. None of this was hidden. Hillary handed over what she had. But that doesn't mean that there weren't other emails sent or received by her staff etc. Nowhere in those articles does it say that Hillary or her staff was hiding anything. There is noone other than Nutjobs suggesting that anyone obstructed justice.

In July 2003 Judicial Watch joined the environmental organization Sierra Club in suing the George W. Bush administration for access to minutes of Vice President Dick Cheney's Energy Task Force.[10] After several years of legal wrangling, in May 2005 an appeals court permitted the Energy Task Force's records to remain secret.[11][12] Judicial Watch called the decision "a defeat for open government" and Chris Farrell of Judicial Watch said the ruling fit the trend of increasing secrecy in the Bush administration.[13] Judicial Watch was involved in a similar legal dispute with Vice President Dick Cheney in 2002 when the group filed a shareholder lawsuit against Halliburton. The lawsuit, which accused Halliburton of accounting fraud, alleged that "when Mr. Cheney was chief executive of Halliburton, he and other directors inflated revenue reports, boosting Halliburton's share price." [14] As reported by the Wall Street Journal the court filing claims the oil-field-services concern overstated revenue by a total of $445 million from 1999 through the end of 2001.[15]

In 2006, Judicial Watch sued the Secret Service to force the release of logs detailing convicted former lobbyist Jack Abramoff's visits to the White House. This resulted in the release of a number of documents.[16]
