In addition to these activities, the KGB experts also concocting material proving that many American prisoners of war remained in Vietnam after the American withdrawal, and Mr. Morris, an American historian, was taken in by these as period articles in the New York Times show. Also produced was a series of badly forged papers proving that US citizen, John Demjanjuk, was a notorious German concentration camp guard, which was exposed in U.S. Federal Court proceedings in Virginia. Both of these projects were eventually exposed as frauds, but the problems they engendered during their brief life span were monumental."

The 21 countries which have implemented this kind of laws had good reasons to do so taking into account their experiences during WWII.

Furthermore there have been really few people who finished jailed for infringements to said laws. They also got fair trials and the opportunity to defend themselves. This is much better than the fate reserved by the nazis to 5.2 to 5.9 millions of Jews who were murdered without any trial and for no acceptable reason.

Actually if they were "murdered" they most likely deserved it for declaring war on Germany in 1939 by backing up Britain.
That would of made them hostile to Germany enemies of the State.....
Sadly that wasn't what happened but we could wish it did.

I see DianeKayKing, like Jim Rizoli, not only refuses to acknowledge when the fact that they're regurgitating the lies of other deniers is pointed out to them (such as Harwood's pile of nonsense regarding Lemkin's book), they continue to regurgitate the exact same lies as if nothing had happened.

I guess we know which side of Rizoli's sig they've decided to come down on.

Most of the victims were not even Germans. And as a matter of fact, war was initiated by Germany.

None of the Demjanjuk papers were forged, and it was ultimately evidence from the Soviet side- an ID identifying him as serving at Sobibor and Ivan Marchenko's actual identity papers that did not line up with him at all- that resulted in the Israeli supreme court hearing his appeal and dropping the charges against him. Just like Rizoli, King repeats other people's crap without checking it for herself.

Remind me which country it was that crossed the German/Polish border on September 1, 1939 to begin WWII in Europe again?

Hint to the historically challenged - not the UK.
Second hint for the historically challenged - that country was bordered by Poland and Slovakia in the east , Switzerland and Italy in the south, France, Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands to the West and Denmark to the north.

It was later discovered that the book, which was entirely fictitious, was written by one Max Fechner, a well-known German communist, once the deputy head of the Socialist Unity Party, and a colleague of the German communist leader, Walter Ulbricht, who had spent the war in Moscow amongst his friends."
 
Provoked by Polish atrocities against the Ethnic Germans to the tune of 50,000 murdered. Our country doesn't even need THAT much provocation. Some Israeli soldier stubs his toe and they declare war on Iran. Hitler had cause.

David Ben Gurion famously said "We shall fight the war as though there was no white paper, and we will fight the white paper as though there were no war".
This white paper of course blocked the immigration of Jews to mandate Palestine, including those fleeing the genocide.

Ben Gurion's statement is an excellent example of the "power" the Jews allegedly had over Germany's enemies: that is to say, none. Antisemitism was rampant in the west, too. And American and British Jews had to go along with their countries' policies to avoid raising their ire and threatening their own positions. Thus, the American Jewish congress supported Roosevelt's trade embargo even if this meant that they wouldn't send aid packages to European Jews starving in the ghettoes. And as Ben Gurion said, he and the Yishuv fought for Britain even while Britain essentially screwed them over by curtailing and sabotaging their attempts to save their fellow Jews.

Jews didn't declare war on anyone or anything. They were in no position to do so. The war was started by causes totally independent of Jews, and they were just swept along as the scapegoats.

Goebbels' diaries have been endorsed by David Irving and "Thomas Dalton", though not without the usual Revisionist spin. There's no reason to suspect them of being "forged".

The woman who started the whole Zundel mess was a rabid Jew.

Ernst Zündel, was charged under a private information laid by Sabina Citron, a founder of the Canadian Holocaust Remembrance Association, with the criminal offence of "spreading false news" likely to cause racial and social intolerance. The charge was later assumed by the Crown and led to two lengthy jury trials in 1985 and 1988, both of which ended in convictions but later thrown out as being illegal.

The same country that launched a "surprise" attack on its Russian ally on June 22 1941. The same ally with whom it had collaborated with in occupying Poland, and may have also helped in executing the Polish intelligentsia.:rolleyes::rolleyes:

You really are ignorant of the history of WWII. The Soviet Union was initially allied with Nazi Germany and Germany. The Soviets divided Poland between them. The alliance ended when Hitler, without provocation invaded the Soviet Union.
