Not that it matters.....
In that area of Europe? There are a whole lot of people who speak four or five. They always have at least two languages in their own country. Slovenia has three. They're also a small country bordering two major language groups, Italian and German. Add English and/or French to however many she spoke back in Slovenia, and she'd easily have five.
One of the most tiresome people I know, a real narcissist who has nothing to say about anything but himself, does it fluently in six languages, two of them dead. He's learned one or two modern languages just since I first met him. I used to know a woman who had nothing interesting to say in four languages, and man! but she never shut up.
