Yeah, I don't think anyone has been really serious about the NAZI salute. The problem is you never know who might take it seriously. And of course it sort of gives an excuse for absurd rhetoric from both sides.

It is rare that I describe someone of a different political stripe in moral terms, but Ingraham (and Trump) are literally horrible persons. Truly awful examples of humanity.

That said, Ingraham does not make the Nazi salute so often that she just forgot herself the other night. It was an unfortunately suggestive gesture in unfamiliar surroundings.

We can take her to task for what she explicitly says and not pretend that an unfortunate gesture was a giveaway moment. The fact that she is a vile person doesn't justify making much out of an ambiguous and almost certainly coincidental motion.

It will be fascinating to see how that translates into the general election. In winning the nomination, he got that many votes. In winning the general election Barack Obama got 65 million votes, and losing it Mitt Romney got 60 million.

Will people who don't have enough interest in politics to vote in the presidential primary choose him or Hillary? I guess that's why we have campaigns and elections.

A lifelong GOP guy I know..he has worked in the county GOP organization will be voting Democratic for the Presidency for the first time in his life. He truly despises Trump. But he has a secondary reason;If Donald loses in November,that is a loss the GOP can recover from in a few years;but if he is elected he will be such a total disaster that the GOP might not survive.
