Yeah, just another case of not thinking things through. "Say, I know, we'll show everyone how pure and American we are by using the colors of the flag to identify sections of the arena. Can't be more American than Old Glory,.... the Red, White and Blue.

Unforeseen problem: Stand alone, no one sees "White" and automatically connects that with "Red, White and Blue". Republicans see "Red Seating Area" and some are going to thing, "Ah, that's like "red states". Good, conservative. Others, of the John Birch ilk are quite likely to see "Red Seating" and want to go root out the commies. Who in the GOP, running for elected office, is going to want to go to the Blue area?

I was more commenting about the fact that people, politicians and companies are sometimes so tone deaf that they don't think these things through. The pajamas that the company designed with little yellow stars of David, for instance, or the Playskool black slave figure replete with collar. Or the people who designed the first Trump-Sticking-It-To-Pence logo.

Why are you tired? The 90s were a far more prosperous time than the last 16 years. Clinton took over with a massive deficit and left with 3 straight surpluses. In fact the nation was on a path to eliminate the National Debt entirely.

And what followed was a Republican administration that gave that money back to the top 1 percent and then some. By the end of the Bush administration more people were losing their homes than are playing Pokemon now. Spiraling debt and countless Americans dying overseas. A nonstop screw the little guy.

I long for the Clintons. Can you say Amen?

I'm a little "not right", I'd say. Personally, I like using Billary because there are times I want to say "The Clintons" and it's convenient. Plus, the paleos don't realize that Bill has a huge appeal to their very base. Tarring Hillary Clinton with her association with Bill Clinton does not harm her except in the right wing Echo Chamber.

Reince had to convince Donald that having a convicted killer speak at the convention was not a good idea.

Donald J. Trump was told, no, it was not sensible to have Don King, the flamboyant boxing promoter, address the Republican convention. But Mr. Trump, who has repeatedly boasted of having Mr. King’s support, kept pressing the matter.

Finally, officials including Reince Priebus, the Republican national chairman, firmly explained to Mr. Trump why Mr. King should not be invited: He once stomped a man to death and was convicted of manslaughter. The party could not associate itself with someone convicted of a felony.

Mr. Trump eventually relented. Mr. King, a Cleveland native, will not take the stage.
