I am curious if it is more emails that Hillary did not produce to the State Department because they were "personal." We already know she lied about turning over all work related emails (see eg, the two emails discussed in the State IG report) like maybe some emails relating to the Chicago Flash Trader see installed on an intelligence panel??

Your initial thought has been proven wrong. Strangely, that doesn't seem to have made you reconsider anything.

It doesn't have all of the markings a classified document should.

Again, that doesn't let Hillary off the hook.

Perhaps someone lifted out the non-classified parts and sent that, believing it was not classified, and it was later deemed classified during an over-zealous review.

It's not "someone". It's Monica Hanley. If she had access to classified info without training, that's a major problem, and her boss (guess who that is) needs to answer for that. If she had training, then she should have known it was classified. But it doesn't really matter: Hillary received it marked classified.

But shouldn't matter to most of the HDS sufferers in the thread - they have been calling Clinton a congenital liar since before they knew she had an email server.

Well, they weren't wrong. And subsequent events have proven them even more right. Whereas you were, by your own admission, caught off guard. You apparently believed her when she said that she didn't have classified info on her server. But she lied. You apparently believed her when she said it wasn't classified when it was sent. But she lied. You apparently believed her when she said nothing was marked as classified. But she lied.

Will you ever learn? The evidence so far is no.

I have none. I just know that you can't always disbelieve someone like Guccifer. Probably he's lying. But it would be better for Clinton if he hadn't bragged at all. Because now there's a little bit of doubt: what if he is telling the truth?

If he were he would have mentioned it before or released some of the information he found on her server. He did that with every other hacking job he performed with repetition. He released Blumenthal's emails which showed Hillary had a server, and he released **** from Bush's email. As stated here:

He also obtained e-mails from Sidney Blumenthal, a former adviser to Hillary Clinton. Their disclosure online revealed that she had a private e-mail address, when eventually led the FBI to investigate whether classified information was mishandled

But Lazar refused to show any of the material he said he found on the Clinton server, and federal investigators said they have found no evidence to back up his claim.

Again, it might produce some doubt for you, I can't imagine how, but it doesn't do anything for me. Completely unsubstantiated claims with nothing to back it up.

Court Order Characterizes FBI Investigation as Criminal

Judicial Watch today announced that a court order was issued by Judge Emmet G. Sullivan requiring the testimony of Bryan Pagliano, the Clinton State Department IT official who reportedly provided support for the Clinton email system, be videotaped during his upcoming deposition and that the transcript be made public, but the Judge ALLOWED the request that the immunity agreement he signed be filed under seal.

The Judge ordered:

Mr. Pagliano and the government object to disclosure of the immunity agreement. Indeed, the privacy interests at stake are high because the government’s criminal investigation through which Mr. Pagliano received limited immunity is ongoing and confidential. Mr. Pagliano’s immunity agreement with the government was filed with the Court by Mr. Pagliano solely to enable the Court to assess the legitimacy of his intent to assert his Fifth Amendment rights in this civil proceeding.

The Judge also ordered State to turn over the previously undisclosed documents mentioned in the IG Report.

Judge Sullivan’s “minute order” states:
(1) Mr. Pagliano’s … Motion for a Protective Order is DENIED. Consistent with the Court’s May 26, 2016 Minute Order and the treatment of all other deponents, Mr. Pagliano’s deposition shall be videotaped and the audiovisual of his deposition shall be sealed until further order of the Court; (2) Mr. Pagliano’s … Motion for Leave to File Under Seal is GRANTED; Mr. Pagliano’s immunity agreement with the Department of Justice shall be sealed
So ... Judge decides JW doesn't get need to see the immunity agreement, and the public doesn't need to see the deposition of Pagliano refusing to answer anything.

But when asked Wednesday by Fox News about Clinton's characterization of the bureau's probe, FBI Director James Comey said he doesn’t know what "security inquiry" means -- adding, “We’re conducting an investigation. … That’s what we do.”

The FBI director reiterated that he’s “not familiar with the term security inquiry” when told that is the phrase Clinton has used.

To summarize? The White House, the FBI and the Judiciary have refuted Hillary's lies about it being a "security review" or " security inquiry."
