Now there are plenty of good cops. I suspect the town I live in has an exceptionally high percentage of good cops, but taken in isolation, your comment is easily the dumbest thing of yours I have ever read on this form. Unfortunately you can not understand one simple thing.
The conscious free choice from a large number of entities of any one species is fundamentally impossible.
Therefore we simply have no an other way as make this choice according the random sampling - the lot.
In my society those entities will be only of the highest quality.
Specialties, employment, job candidates, candidates in the state power are the kinds of those high quality entities.
You are absolutely right.
The random sampling from the same types of most entitles will be dominate in New Saturday world.

Today, the special services of the USA and some other high developed countries actually have free access to all the information of which you speak.
It's not fair.
In my society, each person will have access to the information to which have today only intelligence agencies and the heads of the advanced states.
But if someone will know for example your health history or financial secrets you will know about this fact for sure and this person.

Just one example.
Until recently, people hid their not traditional sexual orientation.
Today they speak about it completely open.
The era of silent people and closed people ends.
The great era of open people were will be dominate the relationship of creative communication between each other comes. .

Considering that the Bible and the Quran both have bad things to say about homosexuality, I think that people would not be open about it, based off your plan.

Edit: I think more people were concerned about WW III during the Cuban Missile Crisis than right now.

I just want to explain them the very simple law of nature.
Casting lots from big number of high quality entities of the same type is the only way they can do because it is in principle impossible to make the conscious casting in this case.
What people must really choice consciously from alternative it is or “casting according lotto (random sample)” or “casting according criminal corruption” in the cases of state power and job places.

According to these parameters the human community is very similar to God, but certainly not God.
Therefore, just as today man confesses to God, or priest, he will confess to God and to society.

Re highlight, would this include:
  • your body needs sodium
  • if you eat meat, you really should cook it first
  • Don't strain water though a sock before you drink it.
  • Humans should eat more than one massive meal per week
I am sure there are more items, but this list will suffice for now
