Yes of course, such things can happen in a building. In such a case, I would possibly expect a "normal" hammering noise, I have actually been hearing such hammering noises in my apartment building in the past week because they are currently doing some repair work on the roof, this was announced on the bulletin board on the ground floor. These noises are regularly repeated ("bang, bang, bang, bang ..."). The bizarre noises that I sometimes hear are different: they are isolated (one big bang, and then another one maybe 30 seconds later), their intensity are extremely high (to the point that a normal person asks oneself "what's going on here?", they seem to have been designed to traumatize the victim, like in a horror movie), and sometimes their nature are very strange (perhaps with a kind of echo, but this I don't remember well because I have not been hearing the most extraordinary of these noises for some time now). I suspect some of these noises (but not necessarily all of them, I don't know) may have been produced using an electronic sound synthesizer. The most painful aspect in my (presumably "telepathic") situation is, however, not the noises, but rather the nonstop voices in my head, who try to convince me to kill myself, who ask "when are you going to kill yourself?" and so on, the idea of death is very much present.

Hi, I invite you to participate in a simple telepathy test (again).

At about 00:10 p.m. on this Thursday May 5 (Brussels, Belgium time), I wrote carefully one of the four numbers: "1", "2", "3", "4" on my sheet of paper, and I surrounded it with a circle. Then, I wrote it again twice.

I shall repeat this number (which was obtained using a random number generator) from time to time during this test.

I ask you to write it here (if you think you know it, even with a doubt). You may also answer "I don't know".

So, your answer should be one of the four numbers: "1", "2", "3", "4", or "I don't know".

Comments are welcome, but not indispensable; you may explain, for example, how confident you are in your answer.

Note: On this forum especially, I would advise members to try to control their aggressivity (although good answers have been given here, and good comments and suggestions have been made). Try to avoid like the plague "Go see your doctor" comments.

I don't know what number you wrote, and any guess I made would be indistinguishable from a random choice because that's what it would be. I am 100% confident of this answer.

Yep. I'll use this as a chance to inform anyone new to a Michel H thread.

Do not reply. Michel H while no doubt a nice person has a mental illness, He believes others can here his thoughts. No matter what you say whether it be in genuine inquiry, Jest or attempted meeting of the middle ground his stance never changes.

All posts are eventually mangled and twisted to fit that motive, By posting you only encourage and contribute to the problem.

Thankfully this will be merged and in time vanish from view.

I do not hear Michel's thoughts so cannot give a satisfactory response to his poll using any of his accepted answers.

The "I don't know" answer is not sufficiently emphatic to express with total unabiguity that I simply do not hear Michel's thoughts. Nor anyone else's thoughts. Not ever.

Don't you think that the possibly deliberate use of such a strange word can create a lot of doubt (or worse) in the investigator's mind?
In addition, don't you think that your brain might be "leaking" some electromagnetic waves? And that your neurons might possibly be surprisingly sensitive to detect such waves?

Unambiguity is not really a very obscure word. Please do not waste any effort in trying to read undue significance into my using it.

Certainly my brain leaks electromagnetic noise. So does my computer. So does my fridge. So does everyone elses fridge, phone, laptop, cat, children, TV, car etc. It's all just noise. Imagine how many sources of electrical noise there are in a single home, never mind a street, or a city.

Despite this, over the top of all that clamour, you are convinced that not only can people somehow pick up your thoughts, but they pick them out at seemingly limitless distance despite the cacophony of millions of other sources in between.

It's like your going to a football match and imagining that all the other fans can hear you singing, even the ones on the opposite side of the ground, despite the fact that ten thousand other fans are bellowing the same chant and you could hardly hear what the person standing next to you was saying if they spoke to you. Indeed your version would insist that fans at completely different football matches in other grounds in other countries can all hear you singing.

Can you see how silly that sounds?

Ah, very good... But, Jack, you wrote "unabiguity" (I pasted the word, to make sure I write it right), not "unambiguity". And, in your most recent post, you said (correctly) "bellowing the same chant", you didn't say "ballowing the same chant".
Now, let's assume that, because of some genetic reason I am not responsible for, my brain emits on about 11 MHz, while the brains of all other people on planet Earth emit on about 10 MHz (more complex mechanisms are of course possible). Don't you think this could do the trick?
You see, unlike the sound waves that you hear directly with your ears, electromagnetic waves are frequently modulated, that can make a lot of difference.
 
Perhaps another point for people who have not seen the prior Michel H threads: Sarcastic or humorous comments will not be seen as such, but will be treated seriously by him. Joking comments, denial of reception of any number, or even denying one's participation in the test will be interpreted later as participation in the test.

Michel H appears to be a very smart person and I do not believe that he is in any way not serious as to his view of his abilities. He has posted that he has internal voices that tell him to do bad things, include urging him to suicide, and that these are linked to his ability to project his thoughts to others. He fears that his thought projections can sometimes do bad things themselves. He has sought medical help (again as noted in his prior posts) but was not pleased with how this worked out in many cases.

I have come to like Michel H, and I would value his participation in threads beyond this theme. But please be aware of the above facts if you wish to participate in this thread. Thanks.
