Well, the other side could just as easily, and in fact more aptly, ask:

Has Hillary been exonerated yet?

After all, I would have hoped that Democrats would value integrity and ethics highly enough to reject a potential Presidential nominee who was under the cloud of an active federal investigation into alleged crimes she had committed.

I, personally, would never ask such a question since it would be annoying and childish.

A less childish question might be "So, will Democrats anoint Hillary as presumptive nominee even before she has been exonerated?" I mean, it's not as if there's a dearth of qualified candidates who aren't being investigated by the FBI.

ETA: So, will Hillary be exonerated before she becomes the presumptive nominee of the Democratic Party?

So guilty until proven innocent? Even though she hasn't even been charged?

Anyway, 16.5 has been claiming for like a year now that Hillary is going to be fogmarched to prison where she belongs. Just wondering when it is going to happen.

j/k I know it isn't going to happen. It has always been a whacked out fantasy.

BTW, isn't the GOP frontrunner about to go to trial regarding his fraudulent "university"?

False, I said the scumbag SHOULD be frogmarched to prison, but that she very well will not be.

On the other hand? "Not indicted" is about as low a standard as you can get for an actual Presidential Candidate.

From what I understand the latest info basically says that Clinton claimed 30k of her e-mail were personal and contained no classified info so she deleted them but now based on the DOJ's own submission, they did in fact have classified information on it.

So she lied, and deleted information she knew she wasn't supposed to.

Is that the kind of thing you support?

I Believe that Ginger feels, as do I, that the chance of Hillary being indicted are slime to none. My view is that even if they find that she's guilty of offenses for which she could be indicted, she wouldn't be, because of the political situation in the US right now. It would be throwing fuel on an already roaring fire.

I wasn't talking about the chance, I was making a point that if it happens, presumption of innocence is irrelevant. Clinton's campaign would come to a screeching halt. We've never had a general election where one of the candidates was indicted.

I understand that you are talking about that. I was noting that I believe Gingers use of the phrase "Dream on" was about his/her belief that the chances of that happening are very low.

Should she be indicted, I would agree that it would hamper her chances quite a lot. It would also drive the Democratic Party into turmoil and probably lead to a GOP presidency and Congress.

I thought Ginger's use of the phrase "Dream On" was meant to indicate she is an Aerosmith fan. Otherwise, it would make no sense in context.
