Monmouth: Clinton up by 12
Marist: Clinton up by 14

And 358 nudged Clinton's chance up from 97 to 98%. And Chris Matthews wasn't so positive about Sanders tonight in his show.

Because Sanders voted for the bill for good reasons, whereas Hillary supported it because she hates Blacks.

See the difference? When Hillary riled against 'super predators' she was really targeting Blacks, whereas when Bernie talked about 'horribly violent, deeply sick and sociopathic people' it meant exactly what he said and no more.

What I see is you trying to defend Sanders' resume padding with a little rationalizing here and there while distorting Clinton's.

Bottom line, Clinton is not racist against blacks, it's ludicrous to try to imply that with the super-predator comment just like implying she was less pro-gay rights than he was when he voted against DOMA. Bill Clinton tired to compromise with the 'don't ask don't tell', but I don't think for a minute either one of them was anti-gay rights. And the Crime Bill is not responsible for the school to prison pipeline and the distorted sentencing that keeps the prisons full of blacks.

And it was a Reagan signed crime bill that made harsher sentences for crack vs powder cocaine.

The main contribution of the crime bill was encouraging states to make criminals serve 85% of their sentences.

"In actual impact, that law was considerably less severe than it appeared and that's because many states didn't go for it. The ones that did, such as New Jersey ... they applied it only to violent offenders. Well, most of those people were going to prison for very long times anyway so it increased the sentence lengths sometimes, but not much. They virtually abolished parole," she added.

The bigger mistake of the bill was:
There were many other facets to the law, but some of the most notable others are the creation of the federal "three strikes" rule, which mandated life in prison for people who had committed three violent felonies; ... and the removal of education grants for inmates.

the assault weapons ban, which stopped the manufacture of 19 semi-automatic firearms;

But it's my opinion the three strikes rule meant one thing and ended up doing another in cases where minor crimes were prosecuted as violent felonies. That and the privatization of state prisons which has encouraged profiting off incarceration along with the school to prison pipeline are the bigger contributors to over-incarceration of blacks.

Trying to pin the blame on Clinton is as dishonest as claiming Sanders has always been a defender of poor blacks.

In an interview with two Philadelphia newspapers Monday, Hillary Clinton again refused to release the transcripts to her pricy Wall Street speeches but insisted that she was the most transparent candidate for president.

“Well, I can only say this: let’s make sure everybody is already as transparent as I,” Clinton said when asked whether her refusal to release the transcripts signaled that she had “something to hide.”

“So I’ve been clear, I’ve been clear for months, when people release transcripts of speeches they gave, I will release mine,” Clinton said.

Mrs. Clinton personally earned $11 million in 2014 and the first quarter of 2015 for 51 speeches to banks and other groups and industries.

You are right. But this is the USA, where every law is twisted into doing something that was never intended. Hillary should have known that this would happen. But of course she did know - that's why she supported it!

So why did Sanders vote for it? because Bernie isn't a lying duplicitous carpet bagger like Hillary - he's just a naive idiot who stupidly thinks people will do the right thing.

Sanders said that Hillary was using 'dog whistle politics'. We all know this means she was appealing to the racists out there. And since (unlike Hillary) Bernie is honest, we know it must be true! ;)
