Continuation Part 20: Amanda Knox/Raffaele Sollecito

You do know Amanda and Raff were originally charged with theft? (Later dropped by Massei. [More crumbs of comfort.])

You do know that the only evidence presented in the court that Amanda stole Meredith's rent money was Rudy's statements...right?

They say "hindsight is 20/20", but the truth is its not. "If only I had taken a different path the result would have been different or better." Not always and sometimes the result might have been worse.

I've never been big on second guessing other's or my actions based on what is known today since that's impossible.

Amanda knew she was innocent and couldn't imagine that anyone could come to the moronic conclusion she wasn't. The PGP see guilt in every nuance of Amanda's and Raffaele's behavior but are blind to the one behavior that screams innocence. They stayed, they didn't panic. They didn't flee. They could have gone to Gubbio, but they didnt. Amanda could have been on the train to Germany the next day, but she wasnt. Raffaele could have gone home to his Dad. But he didn't. 99.9 percent of us if involved would quickly as possible leave.

Now who demonstrated that behavior? Rudy.

Rudy is the wild card. Raff and Amanda fear him. Whilst they acted in an "icy cold" calculating manner (cf Mignini), his behaviour was entirely predictable and as expected. His testimony remains consistent.

Raff and Amanda changed their story more times than the marines.

There were a few footprints that were undated and unmatched to anyone and tested negative for blood and DNA, yes. You're correct, I did omit them from the forensic evidence.

Ah riiiight. Amanda's and Raff's bloody footprints undated and unmatched, Rudy's: dead cert corroboration.

The "British birds" said they ate from 16:00 onwards, earlier rather than later, and then watched a DVD, The Notebook.

18:30 is probably the latest time, hence a small apple crumble remnant. 18:30 to 21:30 is THREE hours later, outside your two-hour time frame.

They gathered at 4 (16:00) made the pizza - baked it while watching the show.

Then they ate around 18:00-18:30.

With respect to the piece of mushroom mentioned in the consulting report of Dr. Lalli, he advanced two hypotheses. One was that upon arriving home, the victim had already completely digested the pizza and ate something else with mushrooms; this hypothesis is, however, not acceptable because there was only a single mushroom and also because of the fact that pieces of apple could be distinguished in the stomach contents, indicating that they came from the victim's first meal. The second hypothesis was that in the pizza, there was also a mushroom.

There were no footprints matched to Amanda or Raff. There were human sized footprints made in an unknown substance that were only useful for broadly ruling in or out feet within a certain size.

Rudy's prints were made in Kercher's red darkening blood and exactly matched the Nike Outbreak 2 shoes he had the box for and confessed to owning and wearing at the crime scene.

If you're trying to conflate these separate issues you're either disingenuous or delusional, tbh.

As the victim was drowning in her own blood anyway, it was a better effort than running away and watching the cottage from a distance.

Stabbing MK in the throat then strangling her is a better option than stabbing her and running away?

Oh.

And by tallying her drawings.

If you are the accountant you say you are then you would know that tallying her drawings will prove nothing about the theft of anything. Did she produce receipts for every purchase she made? Thought not.

Not that I have a clue to what this means. But other than under coercive interrogation they never ever ever changed their story. It was the same on November 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and other than maybe for an hour in the very early hours of November 6th after being called a liar a hundred times did Amanda alter her story and then only after being convinced she blacked out and had the alternative false story fed to her. "She buckled and told us what we knew to be true". Hmmmmm. But it was false.

As for Mignini's portrayal of Amanda, have you ever thought it could be wrong? Two 20 year olds, not flinching and never wavering from the truth. Two innocent kids who only wanted to help.

You'd think an accountant would know better. Sheesh! :o::confused:

A funny line from Raff's prison diary:

I would like a computer... if only... the best would be a portable Playstation or a Nintendo ... Yeah, sure, if they let me use such a thing in prison it would mean that Italy has hit rock bottom!!!

:D

Oh? So you believe Rudy's stories?

Q. That he had a date with Meredith that no one can confirm?
Q. That he engaged in heavy petting with Meredith?
Q. That Meredith on her first date complained that Meredith stole her rent money?
Q. That he was taking a dump with his headphones on while his date allows some unknown man who cuts her throat?
Q. That he gets off the crapper without pulling his pants up and fights with this assailant?
Q. That Amanda wasn't there?
Q. That he tried to stop the bleeding?

Rudy went clubbing he was so disturbed.

No, he imposed himself on her. No doubt Mez had to be polite to humour him.

Yes, but not with her consent.

Rudy did say in his testimony Mez called Amanda, "a drugged up tart" (note: not "slut") so it has the ring of authenticity, as witnesses said Mez had complained about Amanda's promiscuous behaviour several times.

Rudy himself offered Kokomani €250- to borrow his car, whereas the week before he'd had to borrow €10- from a friend.

Rudy in his RAI3 interview comes across as disapproving of Mez confronting Amanda over the missing money, he jabs his outstretched palm and says, "This is a serious allegation".

He talks as though Mez was some how being unreasonable.

IOW he takes Amanda's side. When Perp A (female, from the forensic evidence) and Perp B threaten Mez with their knives, taunting her, Rudy takes Perp A's side and forcibly restrains Mez' arms behind her back. ("I was calming her down.")

He is there in the hope of a sex party, so when Perp A and Perp B start bonking in Amanda's room after a mushroom and vegetable stir-fry, with wine, he feels encouraged to assault Mez as she is being attacked by the three of them, in their wild party mood, high on the strongest possible THC-infused marijuana. Mez is the only one for wine as she is the only one not stoned out of her box.

Perps A and B know of Rudy's assault - with their egging him on - so they get the idea of posing Mez later to make it plain. They later pose Mez' body so that police cannot fail to get the message. They have hatched a plan to ensure all blame falls on Rudy.

Rudy did have a dump earlier, no doubt with his headphones. Not flushing the toilet was part of his Anti-Social Behaviour Disorder.

Rudy left suddenly when he heard an unexpected noise, such as a furniture scrape. This spooked him out, as he knew the only other person in the apartment was dead or dying.

He did at some point have his trousers down inappropriately. In the RAI3 interview he claims this was in the lounge whilst he and Mez were making out.

When Perps A and B run off, he does indeed go to the bathroom closet (outside the bathroom door?) for towels. Police did find three such blood drenched towels.

Raff crapped himself ahead of Rudy's interview as he was **** scared Rudy was about to sing like a canary.

Perp B did threaten Rudy with a knife and there was a tussle, they didn't know each other by name. Their common bond was Amanda.

In the RAI3 interview Rudy says he was there more for Amanda than Mez.

Rudy, being a sociopath, changes his clothes and goes to the disco as he cannot bear to be alone.

Rudy identifies with the attackers, so automatically covers up for them. This is why he has kept up his ******** story of being innocent. Perps are as thick as thieves. Prisoners Dilemma requires all parties to maintain a facade of innocence. United we stand together we fall.

What you need to understand is that the three perps are not normal people, they are not like the rest of us. They can look normal enough, but as you have seen fom various interviews, something is missing. There is no moral compass, there is no empathy, there is no sympathy for the victim, there is no remorse. There is masses of self-pity and bucketloads of narcissism.

I ask for the record of communication and your response is, "it could be"!?

You say it is a fact that they are evasive, yet cite nothing?

We're no further along than your original groundless assertions.
We have discussed the evasiveness issue before. Raff claimed to have returned home alone. Amanda left it off her prison diary list in which she listed what she did as from when Mez left the cottage at 16:00, who was running late for a meal at Sophie's.

I ask for the record of communication between Amanda and Rudy to set up this tightly timed-criminal act, and THIS is your response? Let's leave aside the fact that your latest, ever changing theory of the crime is a "dinner gone-wrong", begun a full 5 minutes at the cottage after Raffaele's friend sees Amanda back at Raf's apartment door.....

You are saying that Amanda was "evasive" because she left out of her prison diary the very info you claim proves that Amanda and Rudy communicated?

I still believe that one day you're going to sit bolt-upright in the realization how dumb that sounds. Yet this blinding flash of the obvious so far has eluded you. That you think you've addressed anything is the weirdest thing - click back on the back-arrow to see the evolution of this little bit of back-and-forth.

Make sure you're not sitting under a very low ceiling, because if it is this which causes you to sit bolt-upright..... you get my meaning.

The one thing Meredith was not was the slut-shamer which you are.
