Oh? So you believe Rudy's stories?
Q. That he had a date with Meredith that no one can confirm?
Q. That he engaged in heavy petting with Meredith?
Q. That Meredith on her first date complained that Meredith stole her rent money?
Q. That he was taking a dump with his headphones on while his date allows some unknown man who cuts her throat?
Q. That he gets off the crapper without pulling his pants up and fights with this assailant?
Q. That Amanda wasn't there?
Q. That he tried to stop the bleeding?
Rudy went clubbing he was so disturbed.
No, he imposed himself on her. No doubt Mez had to be polite to humour him.
Yes, but not with her consent.
Rudy did say in his testimony Mez called Amanda, "a drugged up tart" (note: not "slut") so it has the ring of authenticity, as witnesses said Mez had complained about Amanda's promiscuous behaviour several times.
Rudy himself offered Kokomani €250- to borrow his car, whereas the week before he'd had to borrow €10- from a friend.
Rudy in his RAI3 interview comes across as disapproving of Mez confronting Amanda over the missing money, he jabs his outstretched palm and says, "This is a serious allegation".
He talks as though Mez was some how being unreasonable.
IOW he takes Amanda's side. When Perp A (female, from the forensic evidence) and Perp B threaten Mez with their knives, taunting her, Rudy takes Perp A's side and forcibly restrains Mez' arms behind her back. ("I was calming her down.")
He is there in the hope of a sex party, so when Perp A and Perp B start bonking in Amanda's room after a mushroom and vegetable stir-fry, with wine, he feels encouraged to assault Mez as she is being attacked by the three of them, in their wild party mood, high on the strongest possible THC-infused marijuana. Mez is the only one for wine as she is the only one not stoned out of her box.
Perps A and B know of Rudy's assault - with their egging him on - so they get the idea of posing Mez later to make it plain. They later pose Mez' body so that police cannot fail to get the message. They have hatched a plan to ensure all blame falls on Rudy.
Rudy did have a dump earlier, no doubt with his headphones. Not flushing the toilet was part of his Anti-Social Behaviour Disorder.
Rudy left suddenly when he heard an unexpected noise, such as a furniture scrape. This spooked him out, as he knew the only other person in the apartment was dead or dying.
He did at some point have his trousers down inappropriately. In the RAI3 interview he claims this was in the lounge whilst he and Mez were making out.
When Perps A and B run off, he does indeed go to the bathroom closet (outside the bathroom door?) for towels. Police did find three such blood drenched towels.
Raff crapped himself ahead of Rudy's interview as he was **** scared Rudy was about to sing like a canary.
Perp B did threaten Rudy with a knife and there was a tussle, they didn't know each other by name. Their common bond was Amanda.
In the RAI3 interview Rudy says he was there more for Amanda than Mez.
Rudy, being a sociopath, changes his clothes and goes to the disco as he cannot bear to be alone.
Rudy identifies with the attackers, so automatically covers up for them. This is why he has kept up his ******** story of being innocent. Perps are as thick as thieves. Prisoners Dilemma requires all parties to maintain a facade of innocence. United we stand together we fall.
What you need to understand is that the three perps are not normal people, they are not like the rest of us. They can look normal enough, but as you have seen fom various interviews, something is missing. There is no moral compass, there is no empathy, there is no sympathy for the victim, there is no remorse. There is masses of self-pity and bucketloads of narcissism.
