Continuation Part 20: Amanda Knox/Raffaele Sollecito

Well my mom smoked for 80 years and died at 99 1/2 and the doctor wrote smoking contributed to her death...so did water and air.

The Kercher murder is a normal occurrence, one that happens every day. What exactly is normal? I think some of the craziest people in the world are vying to be President of the US but doubt any of them has committed murder.

What percentage of girls that write a rape fantasy go on to commit a gang rape and murder?

There is a story of someone killing their room mate today:

You start with a faulty premises and follow it up with fabricated suggestions. I'd agree that the person who murdered Meredith has some problems, but there is no evidence at all that the person who killed her was Amanda or Raffaele. There is also no evidence that proves that either Amanda or Raffaele are sociopaths or that they consumed anything other than cannabis. So whether they like Marilyn Manson or Nat King Cole is irrelevant.

Your reasoning is circular.

Really? Now you're just being silly.

Do you think it was a conspiracy? Did he do it with the local burglar and the girl he just started dating? Did that girl control them both with sex?

Try a shoe insert.

For some reason, you immediately thought it was referring to one of your ilk.

Interesting observation, that you associated murderer groupies with people you know! :o

One of these days you're going to bring something to the thread that doesn't remind one of being in grade 3!

Wow, you lost me. But sometimes that's not hard.

I should have multi-quoted and included not just your comment, but mine as well that you were responding too. Just pointing out that my post was full of dumb errors, which you kindly ignored when you responded to it, haha.

He should have gotten the town burglar to come walk around in the victim's blood and leave DNA all over the place, and have stabbed the giant sword in just enough and in just a way that the wounds looked like they were made with a small switchblade :p

Whilst it may indeed "happen every day", it is still vanishingly rare. When it does happen, especially in atrocious circumstance, then police will wonder what lurks in the perps' backgrounds.

It is a useful question, because if we can identify the "angry" children today, such as Eric Harris - who filled his diary with long angry rants - or Cho of the Virginia High Tech atrocity, as another example - maybe we can stop them from hurting good decent people in the future.

It's all very well mocking the Italians police for considering the Kercher perps monsters, but you know in your heart the persons who did it are the low-lives, not the police.

You know this is something like I thought had happened with Amanda - Just normal lovers drama. It is a relatively simple plot but that is not what happened.

I was only vaguely aware of the case mainly from it popping up on the news from time to time while I mostly glazed over it, not being super in to "murder of the week" stories, but I assumed similarly to you. Domestic drama or some sort of mental break down (young adulthood is the prime time for that).

What made me study the case was when the big story broke that her acquittal was being reversed. I didn't even know she was acquitted (that's how little I paid attention to this case), and the unusual twist that it was being reversed piqued my interest. Once I looked into it, well...

Kercher's perp is a monster I agree. As for detecting a sociopath before they act, I have often wondered if there will ever be a definitive diagnostic ability with the way brain scans are getting more details nowadays. Although this brings up many ethical issues to consider.

Yet another suspect-centric comment.

The perp was/is a monster, and he's about to get out of prison.

The "Italians police" are full value for mocking in considering anyone else monsters. Like Mignini in the Monser of Florence case for persecuting almost 2 dozen people in the Narducci affair.

My interest was captured a bit before yours was. Mine was during the acquittal. I hate the idea that an acquittal by a jury can be overturned. I also became concerned with the idea that they could extradite her (although my personal opinion is that it would have been not politically expedient in the end.)

Never mind that it was a logistically impossible. That the murder took place between 8:55 and 9:40. 9:15 and 9:30 according to Rudy. At 9:23 Raffaele was on his computer.

You have no more evidence that Amanda or Raffaele were sociopaths than you have that they had anything to with the murder. You keep forgetting evidence not innuendo is required.

Sometimes I believe Vixen's sole purpose here is to make nothing but innuendo. She did it with Judge Heavey (above) claiming that he was sacked because of writing to the Italians on judge-letterhead. She just made that up.

Then posted it here.

Remember the post original-to-that was that many people of unquestioned good character have and still do support RS and AK. All Vixen had in return was a lie and innuendo. She did (somewhat) apologize for the thing about Heavey - but even in that all but admitted she posted without a clue as to what she was saying.

Given that ISF is a skeptics site, eventually this sort of behaviour needs addressing by the mods. You'd think anyway.

Get your time line right, then logic will follow. Rudy thought he was there 20:40. His times are out, as Mez didn't arrive until circa 21:05 IIRC - as verified by an eye witness.

The last ping from Mez' phone at the cottage was circa 22:15 IIRC.

Question for you: what was Rudy doing there for over an hour, when it is well known burglars, rapists and murderers are highly nervous and keen to leave the scene of the crime ASAP?

What's all the brouhaha about 'burst pipes', 'blood on the back of Raff's hand from the fish' and total amnesia for Amanda as to what she did that night until a bunch of nuns visited her in the nick. "Mother Mary comes to me".

Suddenly, she remembers it all: she was fast asleep throughout. However, Raf refuses to vouch for where she was 20:45 to 01:00.

<fx Brummie accent: 'Yes, mate!'>

Maybe the poster is a sociopath wishing it upon Amanda and/or Raffaele. What other explanation is there for this thought process which goes on and on by this poster?

The thing we can be sure of is that neither AK nor RS killed anyone.
