On September 15, 2015 at 9:15 pm, the author aimed a pair of 100 mm Galileo and Santilli telescopes at the night sky over Tampa Bay, Florida, as seen from the NE orientation of the terrace of room 775 of the Vinoy Renaissance Hotel in St. Petersburg… The tests were merely intended for the search of antimatter galaxies and, consequently, the paired telescopes were aimed at the sky, but sudden clouds halted the tests and the author oriented the pair of telescopes horizontally over Tampa Bay.

To his great surprise, unidentified yet clearly visible entities immediately appeared in the screen of the camera attached to the Santilli telescope, without any enlargement, without the same entities being visible to the naked eyes, and without any corresponding image existing in the screen of the camera attached to the Galileo telescope.

This unexpected discovery triggered a novel systematic use of the pair of Galileo and Santilli telescopes, this time, for the search of entities, here called Invisible Terrestrial Entities, that are invisible to our eyes as well as to our optical instruments with convex lenses, but are otherwise fully visible via the Santilli telescope with concave lenses, and are located in our terrestrial environment.”

There's already a thread on the Santilli rubbish: "What is Santilli's anti-matter telescope?"
Noteworthy post #7 by ben m:
Ah, Santilli again. He's a notorious crackpot with a bizarre collection of half-fake journals, collections of acolytes and "coworkers" many of which are thought to be sockpuppets. The post above, for example:

Looks suspiciously like 'globes' and those spiral rods that turned out to be insects when you used a high speed camera to look at them.

Only one thing to do: buy a Santilli telescope with a concave lens and test it.
All the rest is nonsense without any real basis for criticism.

Why? If such a thing would be brought to market you'd be buying useless junk. It wouldn't even be an actual telescope, it would be nothing more than an unnecessarily elaborate ..... door eye on a tripod.

Nothing more.

Should anti-matter-light pass through the convex lens, it would merely be dispersed along the walls of the telescope and not be focused at all.
But the exact opposite happens with the Santilli telescope. When anti-matter-light passes through the concave lens, it is then focused and provides an image that can be recorded by a digital camera. Ordinary light would be dispersed along the walls of the telescope.

Since matter and antimatter annihilate at contact into light, as a condition for its existence at the classical macroscopic level, antimatter must have all characteristics opposite to those of matter. For instance, matter-light has a positive index of refraction while, antimatter-light must have a negative index of refraction.

Consequently, the focusing of images of matter-light require convex lenses as occurring in the Galileo telescopes, while the focusing of images of antimatter-light requires concave lenses, as occurring in Santilli telescopes.

Why exactly? Be specific and use some content of one of the scientists in the video to make your point.

About 2 seconds in
Since the dawn of our civilization . . . everything that exists up there is only what we can see with our eyes and with our optical instruments.
So this "scientist" does not know about radio astronomy?

The rest is wiggly, out-of-focus lights.

Why is the only detector an digital camera? You can't see these entities with your naked eye? Can any of these entities be recorded on photographic film? "Flying Rods" anyone?

Scientists?

Dr Ruggero Santilli's anti-matter entities are as real as his magnecules. A crank with numerous crank theories.

Dr W George Gaines' resume is thoughtfully provided at: http://www.thunder-energies.com/docs/Gaines-cv.pdf . He does not have a PhD as the video claims.

And this, dear sir, is all the time I am wasting on this. Build your own telescope. You should be able to do this for about $10. Take a look for yourself and let us know what you see.

Why do you copy/paste the crank Santilli without indicating so?
Since there is no such thing as 'anti-matter light' (see above by Pixel42), we're still talking about a door eye on sticks.
Nothing more.

What happens when these anti photons pass through the lens of an eye or camera that's looking through the anti scope?
